Everything was great!!

It is so amazing!!!!! I stayed in the capsule and I would do it all over again! It was super clean and the people are so nice! It’s my first time in Guatemala and it has been a great experience!!!

Slow internet in capsules and inflexibility of management.

It was my first time staying in a capsule and honestly it was a great experience. I loved how we each had our choice to turn on the fan, change the color of lighting, and had our own mirror inside the capsule! Honestly, I loved it so much l, I ended up extending for 3 nights. I would have given this hostel a 10, but I needed to change my dates a second time and they were inflexible towards that, which made me had to change all my plans all together. Other than this mild annoyance, from the breakfast, to the staff and overall concept of the hostel was great. Two things I would like to mention also is that the internet in the capsule wasn't always very functional and that you can apparently ask for a towel free of charge (I didn't know about this until my last night).

Since the beginning, the staff was amazingly kind and willing to help with any request I had. The check-in experience was smooth and made me feel welcome. The bedside lamps didn't work in the room and couldn't be replaced.

Good location and the private room was very big. Showers are hot. Breakfast is basic but free so no complaints.

The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, exceeding all my expectations for a hostel. I stayed in a private room and was charmed by the beautiful beds and the impeccable cleanliness of the entire place. Not only that, the location is unbeatable, offering a quiet and safe environment that truly allowed me to relax and enjoy. The level of service here is comparable to a boutique hotel. The girl at the reception was a great help, providing us with clear instructions and assisting us with our airport transportation request. These kinds of attentions make a big difference. In addition to the comfortable rooms, the hostel offers laundry services, which is a huge plus. But what truly impressed me were the futuristic pods. Although I didn't stay in one, I had the opportunity to see them and they are truly "out of this world" – super incredible! The communal kitchen is fully equipped, perfect if you want to prepare your own meals, and the 24-hour coffee station is a fantastic detail. I thoroughly enjoyed spending time in the garden, reading a book and savoring a delicious coffee. Beyond the excellent facilities, what made my experience even more special was the atmosphere. I met wonderful people and made new friends. I never imagined that staying in a hostel could be so rewarding and full of positive experiences.

great ambiance, beautiful hostel. after extensive travel it was time to come back to this hostel and it did not dissappoint. it felt more like a boutique hotel than a hostel. close to the airport, simpel but nice complimentary breakfast and highly skilled staff. i will be back again

Nothing, it was perfect

It is rarely that you find accommodation where you feel so at home! Everything was perfect. It is clean and beautifully furnished. It has more the ambiance of a boutique hotel than a hostel, the personnel is extremely friendly and helpful. It's close to a luxurious shopping mall and good restaurants. Its situated in the safe and nice zone 10. I would have loved to stay longer. Next time I will.

The breakfast is free and good The coffee very nice. The kitchen well equipped and clean. The hostel has a perfect location in zone 10, close to the airport. I was picked up on time by their shuttle service. I spend a couple of hours in the garden relaxing. All in all a perfect stay. I will tell my friends about it and will be back!

I stayed in one of the capsules. The location is perfect, close to the airport but also centrally situated in the city. Lots of nice restaurants and malls within a 5-10 minute walk. The staff was extremely friendly, and the breakfast (although basic) was really nice. Me and other guests were talking yesterday about the fact that allthough it is a budget hostel, it feels like a boutique hotel. Would like to come here again, and stay longer than 1 night.

Rude hotel staff, nobody spoke English but also nobody was willing to try to communicate with us and overcome language barrier. Room had windows that were not possible to close, and the power outlets inside the room were different than in every hotel that we visited before in Guatemala and neighbour counties (and also different from ones outside of the room in the common areas) and it was not possible to use standard adapter for Central America. We got the info on WhatsApp that they can prepare breakfast for us early but then in the hotel they refused it and ghosted us on WhatsApp Hahaha Tiny toilets and showers.

The location was wrong on Google Maps…like 1.6 kilometers wrong. I informed the staff…I’m not confident it was corrected.

The location was fantastic. Practically everything was walkable. The space capsules was a big hit.
