Everything was perfect.

I stayed in the dorm. It is super spacious and the beds are extremely comfortable (nice mattress and sheets). The bathroom is en suite and also very spacious and nice. Towels are provided as well. Communications with Daniel was amazing. He takes great care for guests and has a lot of helpful tips and recommendations. I also loved the coffee. The beans are from the neighbor and Daniel roasts them himself. Really amazing! The facilities are fantastic as well (pool, yoga deck, lounge area).

My trip to San Pedro, Guatemala, was made truly unforgettable by my stay at Casa Lobo! From the very first minute, I felt not just welcome, but completely at home. A bench in the dorm to organize the bags on would be appreciated, right now people open and close their luggages on the floor and it looks really messy. But I understand the space is really limited.

Such a cute property! Cute pool with a view of the lake, filtered drinking water to fill up your water bottles, quiet at night and very easy to get to the center of San Pedro via tuktuk or walking which can then get you to the other towns around the lake!

The shared room was hot. There was a ceiling fan however, it would have been preferable if there were individual fans for each of the bunk beds

I really enjoyed my time at Casa Lobo. The accommodation was excellent—comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. The internet was reliable, which was a big plus, and the amenities were top-notch, including a well-stocked kitchen, a relaxing sauna, and a beautiful pool. Although it’s a little out of town, that actually turned out to be a bonus. The peaceful surroundings added to the overall tranquility of the stay, and the sunrise views were absolutely stunning. Highly recommend Casa Lobo for anyone looking for a relaxing and well-appointed retreat.

We arrived a little early and as it was self check in decided to head straight to the room to see if it was ready - which it was. We were about to close the door and start unpacking when a staff member came over and said we’d need to pay extra to use the room early. I understand charging for early check in in advance, but if the room is ready then we should be able to use it.

The property is gorgeous. Very unique and well designed! Pool area is great and has a lovely view.

It got pretty hot at night in the room and the fan was pretty loud so we weren’t able to use it and if we opened up the windows bugs came in. Not a big deal, but it was toasty at night to sleep so maybe a sheet on the bed would’ve been nice. Not a reason not to stay here.

The pool on the view were incredible. Cappuccino while watching the sun over the lake was a highlight. The yoga offering was also really great. The room was spacious and the grounds are beautiful. We liked that it was close to town on a tuk tuk so you weren’t in the middle of all of the busyness. Getting to meet fellow travelers was also a highlight. I highly recommend staying here and hope to come back one day. Danielle was helpful and responsive to all of our inquiries and made the stay incredibly pleasant and seamless.

the location it's not so close to the "city center" (25 minutes walk) which is good as well, because it's quite far from the crowd and bars in San Pedro and there is only one toilet in the dorm room, if there were just another one available outside, would be perfect

casa lobo it's an amazing place to stay beds are comfy, shower it's good, the host it's really helpfull and the extra facilites like the pool and sauna are the cherry on top really reccomend this place

The only thing I didn’t like was that casa lobo is max a 15 minute tuktuk ride away from the dock and the last boats out of San Pedro to panajachel leave at 5. It was fine for us because we weren’t planning to spend much time on the other islands or come back late, but it is Q25 per person in the tuktuk to and from the dock each time so just keep that in mind!

The room we stayed in was exceptional. The place itself is well lit at night and you enter through the door with a code, pass through the open patio and go up the stairs to your room. We had a gorgeous view of the sun rising and the beds were super clean and comfortable (always an important detail for Me) and the host was super responsive. You are around other people but it still feels pretty private! You would only really see them when you’re by the pool or occasionally by the kitchen. They also have a station for drinking water and a cooler for drinks if you’re thirsty for juice or beer.

Extremely amazing property! The view from the pool to the lake overlooking the Volcano had the most scenic view. Me and my friends had the most incredible time! I woke up on the morning for my birthday and took a swim in the pool enjoying the amazing sunrise! Saunas are also available for a small fee and it was the perfect getaway! 10/10

If you want to reset completely, Casa Lobo is literally the perfect place for your stay in San Pedro La Laguna. The hosts are SO welcoming and kind and make you feel like you’re coming home after an adventurous day! I stayed in the dorm and honestly haven’t only had the best shower, but also the best sleep ever in whole Central America! The kitchen is super well equipped and there is even a pizza delivery service straight to the hostel. How cool!!! In conclusion- DEFINITELY stay here. I promise you will love it like I do!

The room was a bit dark in the evening as the main light isn’t bright and only two lamps, and the bathroom was completely transparent so lacking some privacy

Gorgeous location and lovely pool area. Our jungle room was great, so unique! We were worried the tree in the room would mean lots of bugs but we didn’t have any issues with this.

Drip coffee available earlier in the morning would be a nice touch.

We liked the views, the yoga area, the coffee and kitchen area and the green courtyard. The owner/host was fantastic.
