Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesI had arranged a ride from the airport after our flight landed at 11pm and that was confirmed via email. I was told there would be an extra charge, which surprised me since in the Booking.com listing it said a ride from the airport was included in the price of the rooms. I told them via email to please charge the card with which I reserved the room. When we exited the airport no one was waiting for us. So I called the hotel and after ringing many times a sleepy male voice answered. He said there was no one to pick us up. Thankfully we didn’t have much luggage and there were 4 of us women who felt brave and walked to the hotel 15 minutes after midnight. It wasn’t optimal but we stayed safe. GoogleMaps had the hotel on the opposite side of the road than it actually is so that was a tense moment until we figured it out. I didn’t realize that the card I used to book the rooms wouldn’t be charged and we had to walk across the street upon check-in to pay for the rooms one at a time. The beds were harder than we were used to but the rooms were very clean. The street noise was very loud and the rooms were hot so we had to keep the windows open, increasing the traffic volume.
The kitchen staff and the check-in gentleman were friendly. The breakfast in the morning was much appreciated and good-tasting. There was an Eco Filtro in the dining area for us to fill our water bottles, though I wish we had known that upon checking in late the night before. When our ride the next day was running over an hour late, we checked out and they allowed the 4 of us to sit on chairs in the grassy plaza in the sunshine. We were definitely appreciative of that!

United StatesThe lighting in the room was harsh but that is not a big deal.
The young woman who greeted me when I arrived was very helpful and nice. She arranged a ride for me to go to the airport (which was very close but my bags were heavy and I needed to get there at 1am, and came to my room to verify that everything was set. The room was clean, I felt very safe as a solo traveler. This is a good spot to stay if you need to be close to the airport.

United StatesMy flight got cancelled due to snow in Dallas, I was so relieved to find this property to stay in for 2 nights near the airport until I could fly home. It’s brand new that’s why there are only a few reviews I was worried at first. Once I got there I felt very safe they have extra security measures in place, the staff are very friendly, and the breakfast is delicious. It’s very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

United StatesI was told that a shuttle from the airport would be provided. The cost I was quoted was more than twice I had paid for a shuttle from a similar hotel in the past. I waited 50 minutes for the shuttle to arrive and finally had to take a cab. The room lacked air conditioning or a fan.
The hotel was near the airport. It was very clean. Staff was friendly.
