You get what you see in picture. I wanted a cheap place, next to the airport and it is exactly what you get. Not more, not less. If this is what you're looking for, it's definitely a good place to stay.

Would have been made better if we could have borrowed a bowl to eat the food we had with us. But they said they didn’t have a bowl or a jug for us to use, or wouldn’t give us one to borrow. Maybe I am being presumptuous but I thought it would have been possible.. as we arrived late and were only staying one night before our morning flight the next day. Still, a decent basic cheap nights stay close to the airport!

I had to pay extra a check in that wasn't expected. It wasn't much but I'm on a budget. The air freshener/urinal cake smell was overwhelming in the room

Bed was very small for 2 people, the bathroom was really old and had electrical wires hanging loose. Also the personnel did not speak English which made communication difficult. Overall it was fine for just a night when you arrive in Guatemala late, but wouldn’t recommend it for anything else.

The window opened out into a hallway. At midnight other guests came in and were very noisy, waking me up. They were arguing and kept it up until after 1am yelling and slaming doors. At 6am they were very noisy again. Hard to sleep.

It's very close to the airport. You can walk there in 5 minutes. Even in the dark it felt safe. The guy at the desk was nice. WiFi worked.

- a mirror somewhere in the room would be nice - it felt a bit strange to us that the main door could only be open es by the staff, which worked well (we could get at out very early in the morning) but felt a bit of locked into the building

- perfect location, we only booked this room because we were looking for a cheap room in walking distance to the airport (and this is what we got) - you can walk to the airport even very early mornings (5-10 mins) - the staff was kind

Great place just a 10 minutes walking distance from the airport for those who look for a convinient place to resr their head after or before a flight. Very economic prices, nice staff, hot water in some of the rooms, Wi-Fi, TV, its clean and Hector and his sraff are welcoming people at any hour of the day and night. There is a store near by for those who want to grab some snacks, water, food etc, the area is quite and accesible for taxis and uber.

The location was not convenient to anything. Had to get a taxi to American hwy to get food. This place was a dump. YOU NEED TO REMOVE IT FROM YOUR BOOKINGS.COM. was supposed to have internet not. Was suppose to have airport shuttle, not!
