The breakfast buffet is always excellent- The bartender made the most delicious cocktails. Everything in this hotel is amazing. Staff super friendly, food excellent, drinks amaaazing. Pool and jacuzzi with perfect temperature. Lots of lounging chairs right in front of the lake, the awesome Lake Atitlán with its magic.

The place is in the middle of paradise, with an awesome view of the lake. Its gardens and rooms are perfect. The service could have been better and more cordial.

Needs better service, friendlier and more helpful.

The hotel is really cosy and clean. It has lush gardens and lots of birds around. The staff was extemely helpful, and we took a tour whith them and they were very professional.

The hotel is a little far from the center, and more importantly, the last few hundred meters are on a very bad dirt road, it's too bad they couldn't get together with the other hotels there to do something about it. Also, the hotel is situated next to some awful "skyscrapers", but thankfully you don't see them from your room or from the pool.

The location is stunning though it is a bit complicated to get to it. The rooms are absolutely stunning, mainly thanks to the view of the volcano. Btw, all the rooms have the view.

The quality of food is basic, and you’re pretty much obliged to eat at the hotel because you’re far from everything else and isolated. The staff is not very nice. They are well educated but there is no flexibility about anything. The food we got was not tasty, we were not able to change money at the hotel, or get a boat to the villages. Basically everything we asked for we for a ‘no’ as an answer.

Wow what a gorgeous view! Right when you get to the patio overlooking the pool and the lake you will feel like you are somewhere special. The gardens are immaculate too. There is a lot to explore on the property. The hotel is on its own which makes it feel more exclusive. The food at the restaurant is delicious. Sunday brunch was wonderful.

I thought we were walking distance to Panajachel but it’s about a 10min tuk tuk ride. Which was a fun experience. The beds could use softer pillows.

The most beautiful grounds with your own private botanical gardens. Lush plants of all varieties covering the property. Beautiful birds of many varieties. Gorgeous local decor in every corner placed with thought care.

    Nothing to complain about.

A true gem in Atitlan. Indescribable beauty of hotel gardens! The place was uniquely decorated, the gardens were full of birds, the view from the restaurant and pool to the lake and vulcano - unforgettable. The hotel offers private boat from their dock service to multiple lake villages which was very convenient. The property is located in the outskirts of Pana, but walking distance to the center (20mjn), or a short tuk tuk ride (10q). We were hesitant to book hotel, because it did not have air conditioner, but the weather near the lake is so cool in the evenings that we slept comfortably. This hotel was favorite for our kids, because pool was very nice, they could walk the gardens and also interact with a large colorful parrot- Matilda! Would recommend 100% if you are staying in the Atitlan area.

The most stunning property. We spent 3 days here and the views from the pool could not be beat. the food was lovely but pricey for Guatemala standards. Breakfast on sundays was insane, so if you can be there for that do it. The gardens were manicured to perfection. I will be back.

Staff needed to communicate costs of items before taking orders. We saw instances where we saw other guests gasp over a $25USD breakfast and they wish they would of been informed prior. The towns nearby are very touristic and dirty, we toured 3 of them in one day and that was enough for us. We mostly stayed on the property.
