We rented apartment Casa 1. Pretty garden view. Kitchen, sitting area, comfortable bed, reliable internet, screens for cool breeze, hot water (took awhile). Clean, good price, great location to downtown Panajachel yet quiet. Very nice.

The two beds were not separated so there wasn't much privacy for the two couples. The mattresses were not as comfortable as others I've stayed at this trip.

Great walking distance to the night life in Pana. Also we were able to eat the hotel breakfast next door for cheap price.

Very dim lighting. Higher wattage bulbs or more lights are needed, Roosters will wake you up at night--but that is not a complaint but part of the experience of being in Guatemala in a real place and not an artificial tourist resort,

Exceptional decor throughout the complex with a very helpful staff. Our apartment was well equipped, roomy, clean, and comfortable. The complex was an oasis in the noisy city of Pana and offered filtered water and was conveniently located.

The location was off an alley and a quick walk to Calle Santander. The property was beautiful, and our suite was huge.

While I fully recommend the hotel as a base to explore the area -the apartment is vey comfortable, staff are great, in other words in itself the hotel is very good- I was shocked by the level of noise at night. I had read reviews and had earplugs but given I was there during the weekend, the parties were inevitably disturbing and made for difficult sleep. This is more than anything a comment on Panajachel, a particularly intense and loud city.

This hotel is in a very beautiful place, the gardens are stunning, it is nicely decorated and very well equipped. I stayed at the apartment, which is very comfortable. Terrace in the main building is an excellent spot to enjoy morning and afternoon.

Can be loud on weekends until around 2:00 AM so AirPods/ear plugs help.

The apartment was close to the busy, restaurant and nightclub part of town and at night there was noise from the roof top bar but it did not go too,late and it was quiet round 11/12pm. No road noise.

Apartment in a good central location set in beautiful private garden setting. The apartment is an older style but had everything we needed. The kitchen had everything we needed with bar style table and chairs, good size bathroom, bedroom with comfortable enough chairs. It opened out onto a nice wide terrace with table and chairs and looked out into the lovely garden. Enclosed, secure comparing within easy reach of the town. A 10/15 minute walk to the lake. Close to a comprehensive supermarket.

there was construction so there was no onsite parking yet and it was a bit difficult to navigate there. but that’s not the hotels fault. they did amazing accommodating us with everything.

despite the fact that it’s right in the middle of Pana, it is tucked away in an alley so it feels like a secret garden. amazing views of the mountains and the 2 bedroom each with a private bathroom, full living dining and kitchen areas was so perfect. love this place!

Would have loved AC but I know it isn't common in the area, so really did not detract from my stay.

Beautiful relaxing gardens, very convenient location. Very comfy beds. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again!!

Hotel is a bit dated but well maintained.

The grounds are lovely and I used one of their hammocks to hang out in. There's parking which I didn't use. Room was large and comfortable, a bit dated and the kitchenette was a bit funky. Bed was comfortable and the area is quiet. Breakfast was good and served on the patio.

The kitchen table is a high bench with truly uncomfortable metal stools. The location is awful. Nightclubs very close. Loud music until 1am (Fri/Sat). Had to put earbuds in to stream a movie because the music was so loud. Biggest issue is the use of firework crackers by club goers (throwdowns/bungers). They’re allowed at any time. Got woken by crackers repeatedly, up until 7am. Not sure, but the villa may get more noise impacted than the units because it has more windows, gaps around doors and not thick concrete walls.

Large space villa with everything you need for a short or longer stay, including lots of kitchen appliances. Bed was comfortable. Shower was okay. Nice garden entrance down an alleyway. Gates to property locked at night. Wifi was consistent and strong signal during my stay.

Surrounded by nightclubs that blast music until 4am. Very difficult to sleep. This is unfortunate because it's such a nice hotel.
