Excellent, central location. Staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly Josef with recommendations, translation and quick responses. Felt very clean and relatively comfortable with TV.

Our room backed onto reception and therefore could hear all activity from early hours, people checking in/out and phone ringing. Shower was very temperamental and lacked basic amenities for a ‘hotel’ stay like mini fridge etc.

A lovely vibrant room with opening windows. There is a safety box in the room, as well an air conditioner and 2 fans. There is a good sitting area outside in the courtyard and the accommodation is close to everything you may need. The ATM is not to far and located in the supermarket. The wifi is good. There is a great restaurant across the road where the food is really good. Also try the The Big Fish restaurant if you want seafood.

Just be careful of the steps leading to the bathroom, as there is not alot of room between the landing and the first step. Also the tiles can be slippery if your feet are wet.

The location was perfect. The room we had was nice but the window was on the road side. People could see in. The welcome staff was super friendly.

Very clean room and nice location in Flores

We asked if check-in before 3 PM would be possible and the hotel said yes - so we arrived at 11 AM but unfortunately the room was not ready yet and we had issues communicating with the staff as she only speaks spanish. We were confirmed to come back at 1 PM to check-in. We came back, but also then the room was not yet ready. In the meantime we paid, where we were almost charged 15% surcharge for the card payment instead of the mentioned 5%. We realized however and the payment was corrected. Later in the day then the room was ready and we could finalize the check in. Unfortunately a lot of misunderstandings and bad communication. The room itself was however very clean.

Clean, comfortable and very pleasant accommodation in a great location. The most exceptional thing was the staff and how attentive and accommodating they were.

Shower could be a little hotter and stronger but perfectly acceptable, particularly in hot weather.

They are situated on the Isla del Flores in the middle of their lake which is a charming little community within a community. Nearby on the mainland (accessible by a 7 minute walk) is a mall should one need one. The staff are very eager to help you even though everything is pretty self-regulating. Most of the local tours and buses operate from the Yo Amo Peten sign and semi-parking lot not 3 minutes walk. So it is convenient. The room is quite nice.

A small hotel in the center of Flores island. The rooms were very comfortable and clean and the staff very friendly. The hotel has a great location with everything do to in Flores within walking distance. Great Wifi.

No Wi-Fi in the room Ac was broken Differently from what purchased they gave me ground floor with obscured windows (no view + no light + impossible to see outside). The blind bathroom has a windows facing Recepcion (you can hear everything and being heard)

We only stayed one night, but great spot very centrally located, nice hotel like rooms, very clean and modern. The staff is very friendly eventho we arrived late.

Nothing really! We would have liked a little fridge and maybe coffee maker or something like that, but that is just an idea :)
