“Beautiful location with views of the surrounding volcanoes, lots of plants and greenery made it feel remote and tropical in a tranquil location. The hotel was designed very tastefully and sympathetic to the surroundings. The facilities were tranquil but exciting for the kids and very relaxing and peaceful with calming spa music played along the walkways and within the facilities. Staff were all friendly, polite and very welcoming.”
