The least impressive part of the property was the food. While it was good, it was not as good as expected. Despite this, there was always a variety of selection so there was always something for each taste.

The property itself is very modern and clean. It has all the facilities necessary and is set out very well, making everything super accessible. It is also located very close to the Laganas strip as well as the beach.

We stayed 8 nights at the hotel. The hotel was nice and we enjoyed it. The staff was wonderful and especially the reception staff, who were always ready to help. The food was good and the cocktails at the pool bar were fantastic. Thank you for making our vacation wonderful.

The fact that it was actually not a resort, it was small with only one all inclusive resraurant and little entertainment or options for activities. The hotel also does not have a private beach with reserved sun beds and you need to walk 5 minutes in the sun to the beach, and get lucky to find sun beds for which you need to pay. We had a family room where the 2 single beds for the kids were only separated from the parents bedroom by a glass door, which was pretty useless. The shower has no door and it ia at the same level with the rest of the bathroom, so each time we has a shower, the whole bathroom was full of water.

Excellent customer service, great and very friendly, welcoming staff, they helped us with everything we needed. The all inclusive was great, very good food with plenty of variety and choices. Cleaning the room each day, changing towels and bed sheets. Great drinks at the pool bar and some entertainment twice per week. The pools were also very nice with plenty of sun beds.

Some food can be lukewarm but didn't really bother us as was still tasty. This is a Greek 5 star serving huge amount of guests so should be expected.

This hotel was fabulous for us, just a 5 min walk to the beach via the back gate and 3 minute walk from where all the action starts. The hotel is aesthetically pleasing, all the staff are fabulous and helpful, work very hard and with smiles. Our room overlooked the main pool in the middle and blocks out most of the sound when the doors are closed so had great night sleep. Real mix of nationalities. Everything is so clean, beds are massive and comfy. I was worried about the food from some of the reviews on trip advisor but it was a huge selection and always found more than enough. My partner is vegan and he loved it all. We didnt use the A la carte bit did use the pool restaurant which was hot & lovely. Entertainment in evening is only twice a week but the acts were really good and it got you up dancing. Daytime entertainment lads were full of energy and always took time to chat. i will definitely return to this hotel. Suits couples, families and friend groups but wouldnt recommend super loud groups as the vibe is more tasteful. A lovely quiet hotel but have all the nightlife on your doorstep if you want it. We were also lucky enough to.keep our room until 5pm as noone was booked in that day after us and this was free of charge.

Slow wifi

Me and my husband spent our honeymoon there and we loved it. There was plenty of food and the food was delicious. We loved the self service all inclusive drinks. Everything was clean. The hotel is just the right size - there are some activities (waterpolo, aqua gym…) during the day, yet it’s still peaceful enough to relax. Everyone can find something for themselves here. Location of the hotel is very good - peaceful location, yet still close to Laganas main street. The staff were friendly and always available. Special thanks to Sire at the reception – we had an early check-in, and she explained everything about the hotel clearly and was very helpful.

The staff was amazingly helpful they answered to all of our questions which we had a lot by the way. The food was excellent you can find a good bite for every type of person either vegan or vegetarian or people who are lactose intolerant. The room was beautiful and clean and also you cannot hear the voices from the room next to you. The location was excellent it was 5 minutes from the beach and also 2 to 3 minutes from the souvenir shops, stores and restaurants. They also have Greek and pop night during the week which gave us live music and we were able to get an insight into Greek music and dance. The animators always had a lot of energy which gave us instant smiles when we saw them and also they had always some fun activities such as aqua dance or dance with the smaller kids either meditation or darts. My favourite was the aqua dance with the Greek song called Opa Opa.

The food could get a little repetitive but overall it saw good with plenty of choice.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very spacious and modern with good facilities. The location is great as it is quiet and only a 15 min walk to the main street or 5 mins to the beach. The hotel is very clean and the facilities are well taken care of.

There is a terrace for outside dining but this was no good for us as you were allowed to smoke there which is not a nice experience when you are eating your dinner . The music was like party/rave music all day even at breakfast it wasn't too loud but I would have preferred nice chill out music. The drinks were okay but I drink Malibu which for some reason they didn't have a local brand of so I ended up have their version of barcardi with coconut syrup which really wasn't the same.

Good location the rooms were a great size we had a family room and as usual in Greece quite a firm mattress. The restaurant was a nice size with plenty of choices . Two swimming pools which were good and plenty of sunbeds lovely roof terrace on top of pool bar. The staff were brilliant nothing too much trouble.

Everything is perfect most especially the facilities, very delicious foods, very friendly staffs and above all I would like to have a special shout out to the Service Manager, Alexandros. He really made our stay unforgettable. We never met such a personnel with so much passion in his work. Always good mood, big smile, helpful and attentive. Kudos to the whole staff! 👍🏻 😍

It would be good to have some more entertainment in the evenings and some more fruit at the buffet.

Nice small-medium sized hotel with a great pool area that is the perfect size for the number of guests. We thought the food was of good quality, especially for an all inclusive. The staff were amazing - the manager (Alexander?) went above and beyond and was so lovely. He made sure to be at reception for when we were leaving so he could say his goodbyes. The people on reception were great too and gave loads of great local recs!

Some of the foods were not that great. Still, there were many types of them to choose from for each meal, so I couldn't complain at all. After all, everyone can find something for their taste. :)

Everything went great, we really enjoyed our stay. The staff was nice and very helpful. The food was mostly good as well. The highlights of this hotel are the pools, which were cleaned on a daily basis and we always had enough space to relax there.
