The room is really nice and clean. Confortable bed, good pillows, fridge, kettle, tea, coffee for the morning,space for luggage and hanging…good towels. The owner is always smiling amd helpful. I was feeling really good in this place. Grest energy. I’m recommend it.

Everything was Perfect!

Everything! Perfect localization (very close to the beach, all the infrastructure and bus stops). Spacious room, nice decor, fridge, air conditioning, small patio and hanger outside for wet things! Also sinks outside, so you can use it to wash dishes/clothes. Bathroom also very nice! Has also a kettle, coffee, tea, sugar and 1.5l bottle of Water and sweets as welcome! You have basically everything you need for your stay. The most amazing thing tho is cleaning service provided EVERY DAY, including changing bed sheets and towels! I cannot recommend this place more! Will back there for sure!

Online the hotel advertised a pool but upon arrival we were informed it didn’t belong to the property. Additionally, there was construction going on next door.

The hotel was very clean and staff were exceptionally kind. The hotel is located next to a beach and plenty of bars and restaurants.

Very nice location and welcoming hosts. Okay facilities. Nice location in the central part of Perissa and only 5 minutes to the beach. Smart TV was a nice and unusual touch.

In front of the door next to the window, there is a neon sign..on the sensors I think it is lit non-stop from 10:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m. If you close the window it is not inconvenient, but if you want to sleep with the window open, very difficult from the light to sleep.

Amazing the location,max 5 minutes to the beach, restaurants, busses, etc. Very cleaning. Everithing you need for your vacantion. 10/10.

Absolutely brilliant value for money. Excellent location 5 mins walk to beach and round the corner from shops and restaurants. Room was immaculately clean and the lovely owners were so friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Villa Nektaria if you are wanting to keep accommodation costs down so you can spend money elsewhere in stunning Santorini.

Road in front of room is a bit noisy. No clear reception desk, host lives upstairs but wasn't clear who to talk to for check-in so we had to call to ask and then someone came down.

The hosts were extremely polite and welcoming. We arrived in the middle of the night and they stayed up to check us in. Unfortunately they had some problems with our transport from the airport, so to appologize they gave us a big breakfast for free.
