Elena, the manager of the accommodation, welcomed us very warmly with a handshake, which made us feel comfortable right away. The room was a classic simple accommodation, clean and tidy. There was also a large bottle of water as a welcome gesture, a small but thoughtful detail. We stayed only two nights and basically used the room just for sleeping, so I can’t really comment on other services or amenities. I don’t have anything negative to mention from my experience. Nice small hotel, well located close to the restaurants & bars but without too much noise. Rooms are clean and have enough storage space. Pool area is great during the afternoons. The 'host family' is indeed super nice and always available for advice on how to best enjoy the island. All is all, a good value for money option.

The hotel is dated and not accessible (no elevators - stairs are steep esp. with suitcases). The bathroom is not practical: the full room gets flooded after showers, there's no space to store toiletries, pipes get really smelly at night. Wifi is really spotty.

Such great apartments just like the pictures staff were amazing they really could not do enough for you, pool was great not too busy and only a short walk to the beach

The water pressure in one of our rooms at the bathroom sink was poor and the water temperature was temperamental other then that could not fault it!

Amazing location! Great value for money. Great pool, never had an issue getting a sunbed. The owner and her family were hugely welcoming and could not do enough for everyone that was there to make sure they had anything they needed.

The hotel is nice but what gives it the wow factor is the people running the care and attention to detail they give to every individual is something that is very unique they made us feel so welcome

staff were all super friendly, welcoming and helpful. The pool was perfect and the room - which we were kindly upgraded for free - was very clean, comfortable and had stunning views.

only minor issue is that the wifi connection did not work in our room, but it did on the balcony and at the pool area - may just be because we had the very top room so were out of reach.

Elena and her family go above and beyond to ensure you’re making the most of your holiday, advice on trips, restaurants to name a few. Elena and her family are truly some of the kindest and most beautiful people I’ve ever met. I’ve never felt so sad leaving a hotel and its owners after just 9 days. Every detail of our stay was perfect, everything was spotless, tidy, and thoughtfully maintained. The breakfast was delicious, the pools were lovely, and there were always plenty of loungers available. I would return in a heartbeat, under the same amazing management. Thank you for an unforgettable stay! We miss you already ❤️

The hospitality of mrs Elena and her whole family was Incredible during our vacations.

The host, Elena, was so sweet and property was in a good location

I could see they were doing everything they could to make us feel comfortable, which was really lovely. Even when the electricity went out, we still had running water — and the fact that it wasn’t salty was a big plus, since not everyone has that. We’re truly grateful for it. We could also use the air conditioning whenever we needed, and the fridge was an absolute lifesaver.

They change the towels every three days, which didn’t bother us. However, the breakfast wasn’t very varied — I did miss having pancakes.

The hotel is close to the city centre where the restaurants and bars are located, the staff was friendly, and the mattress was comfortable.

When we checked in, the accommodation had not been cleaned, and it remained uncleaned for 5 days. The Wi-Fi connection was very poor throughout our stay. Furthermore, the condition of the hotel room is worse than depicted in the photos.

Elena was the best host, we felt so welcome. They had everything you could need or want, and amazing coffee! Short walk to the beach and lots of restaurants. Elena organised tours and taxis for us and had lots of great recommendations. Would recommend to anyone :)

The property is great with all the amenities you’d expect and its location is great as it’s less than 5 minutes from a fantastic beach or the centre of Planos. Elana and her family made us feel like part of their family and allowed our boy to walk Cece every morning and night. Breakfast was all filling with a good selection of options but more continental options would be nice.

Nothing accept we would have liked a more European breakfast choice. But things a really minor thing.

What to stay about my staying in that family hotel? Only compliments, everything in the room was tidy and clean, comfortable bed and big comfortable room. Simple, but a good breakfast which it’s already include in your staying. Elena made me feel so comfortable and welcoming, she was always worried if I was ok or if I need something, gave me so many recommendations about what to do in the island. I can say for sure that I’ve never had stay in somewhere so excepcional like that until now. It’s worth all the money, great location also, not far by transport from Laganas, and it’s located in one of the principal neighbours in the island, Tsilivi. So close from a nice beach, so many shops, bar and restaurant also.

The owners were amazing. It was a long time since we met such kind people. We had some problems with the breakfast, but the staff solved it fast and they were really kind.
