Elena, the manager of the accommodation, welcomed us very warmly with a handshake, which made us feel comfortable right away. The room was a classic simple accommodation, clean and tidy. There was also a large bottle of water as a welcome gesture, a small but thoughtful detail. We stayed only two nights and basically used the room just for sleeping, so I can’t really comment on other services or amenities. I don’t have anything negative to mention from my experience. The water pressure in one of our rooms at the bathroom sink was poor and the water temperature was temperamental other then that could not fault it!

Amazing location! Great value for money. Great pool, never had an issue getting a sunbed. The owner and her family were hugely welcoming and could not do enough for everyone that was there to make sure they had anything they needed.

only minor issue is that the wifi connection did not work in our room, but it did on the balcony and at the pool area - may just be because we had the very top room so were out of reach.

staff were all super friendly, welcoming and helpful. The pool was perfect and the room - which we were kindly upgraded for free - was very clean, comfortable and had stunning views.

Elena and her family go above and beyond to ensure you’re making the most of your holiday, advice on trips, restaurants to name a few. Elena and her family are truly some of the kindest and most beautiful people I’ve ever met. I’ve never felt so sad leaving a hotel and its owners after just 9 days. Every detail of our stay was perfect, everything was spotless, tidy, and thoughtfully maintained. The breakfast was delicious, the pools were lovely, and there were always plenty of loungers available. I would return in a heartbeat, under the same amazing management. They change the towels every three days, which didn’t bother us. However, the breakfast wasn’t very varied — I did miss having pancakes.

I could see they were doing everything they could to make us feel comfortable, which was really lovely. Even when the electricity went out, we still had running water — and the fact that it wasn’t salty was a big plus, since not everyone has that. We’re truly grateful for it. We could also use the air conditioning whenever we needed, and the fridge was an absolute lifesaver.

Elena was the best host, we felt so welcome. They had everything you could need or want, and amazing coffee! Short walk to the beach and lots of restaurants. Elena organised tours and taxis for us and had lots of great recommendations. Would recommend to anyone :)

Nothing accept we would have liked a more European breakfast choice. But things a really minor thing.

The property is great with all the amenities you’d expect and its location is great as it’s less than 5 minutes from a fantastic beach or the centre of Planos. Elana and her family made us feel like part of their family and allowed our boy to walk Cece every morning and night. Breakfast was all filling with a good selection of options but more continental options would be nice.

What to stay about my staying in that family hotel? Only compliments, everything in the room was tidy and clean, comfortable bed and big comfortable room. Simple, but a good breakfast which it’s already include in your staying. Elena made me feel so comfortable and welcoming, she was always worried if I was ok or if I need something, gave me so many recommendations about what to do in the island. I can say for sure that I’ve never had stay in somewhere so excepcional like that until now. It’s worth all the money, great location also, not far by transport from Laganas, and it’s located in one of the principal neighbours in the island, Tsilivi. So close from a nice beach, so many shops, bar and restaurant also.

Wow, what an amazing place. I booked this hotel last minute and purely for the location to another hotel where my partners family were staying (we couldn't get a room there as fully booked). From the minute we arrived, we felt like family. Elene greeted us like old friends and showed us to our room with the most amazing balcony views. My partners family came over to the hotel for lunch and elene was so kind and generous, making sure they knew they could stay with us there for the whole day and welcome back any time. I also have to mention the most amazing strawberry daiquiri that Yannis made for me. Best I've ever had! Our 2nd time in Tsilivi and next time we return we will all stay at Senses together. A real gem and home away from home!

Sometimes could hear the steps on the ceiling of middle of the night risers likely needing to get to a flight

I was greeted by the host like none other in all of my travels. She told us she was our Greek mama. Thank you! Wonderful welcome! While I had only booked two nights I talked to many other guests who'd been once and the next time centred their whole return trip on coming here. The host makes a huge effort to create a community of you wish to be apart of one. If your are looking for affordable accommodation in Tsilivi then look no further. Great swimming pool too and close to many restaurants and supermarkets

The Staff was incredible especially Helena who was like a mother, she cares a lot about our time here and made my holidays lovely ! I had a wonderful time and if you travel solo like me you’ll not feel alone; I ended it up meeting really nice persons in the hotel. The location was really accommodating if you don’t have a car, you can go to 2 beaches by walk easily. The restaurants nearby was so goood too
