Negatives: No coffee pods to use with that great machine! Nof even tea bags. Other apartments were the same. Empty boxes of the new machines thrown under the sink just careless really. I Was locked in my room on the first day, for an hour because the key was very hard to turn and I didn’t want to snap it. Tried to message and call the manager but no response. Finally, he did pick up and immediately answered my question about the key. When I asked him why he didn’t reply earlier, he said he was driving. Pretty sure he could have dealt with my issue immediately. I felt like he couldn’t be bothered with me and this might be an ongoing issue with that room and the key. . The towels need to be washed in fabric softener or something to give it a fresh smell The shower Rose is broken and head keeps coming off The hotels driver, is great to take you to location BUT you have to put up with someone who has definite anger traffic issues and texting while driving dangerous corners. He also likes to be paid whilst he’s driving. “ you pay me.” I didn’t know if I wanted to laugh or cry from fear.

Very well situated, the isolation is very good we couldn’t hear anything from outside and vice versa. It was perfectly clean and the beds were nice and comfortable. The host, Ephrem was friendly and made our stay very convenient. On top of that, the value for money was great.

The location was very convenient - close to mini markets, cafes, restaurants, laundromat, the main sights and transport. The host was exceptional in his service. The apartment is on a hill, and he carried my big suitcase up and down the hill on arrival and departure, he helped with travel advice and allowed me to leave my bags when I arrived early.

We are family of 4 on 2 weeks holidays and had 4 big suitcases, that was very challenging to bring them in and out due to the nature of the place, not the hotel fault. There was one window in the apartment and it had no shades, made it very bright in early morning, I suggest to install a blackout.

The property is as described, is clean, spacious and well located. Efraim Kozmaki was a super great host and supported us with help in moving our big luggage out of the flat for departure.

Some things could use improvement: there was no curtain at the little window (we put a towel so people cant look inside while you sleep). No thing to hold the shower head so you need to hold it in your hand at all times. The outside sitting area was not there/like on the picture, but some broken chairs to be shared with other rooms. The room itself was a little damp. The kitchen seemed to have not really been cleaned: the wine glasses were all very dirty/not washed with soap and also there was no dish soap. The dish cloth seemed to have been used already too. We contacted them about it and received apologies, but it was not cleaned after. There were a few coffee pods, but some tea bags would have been nice too. The place is not on Google Maps, but you can type the street name. However, our room was a bit further away from the reception/most other rooms. Tall people will have to bend over to see themselves in the low hanging mirrors.

Overall really good value for money in Santorini. The room was very spacious, looked nice and was generally clean (but also see below). The AC worked well. Convenient to have a little fridge, Nespresso and kettle available. The location was perfect, quiet but close to everything in Fira. The bed was comfy and the host/service very friendly and helpful with tips and car rental. They also booked taxi's from/to airport or port.

Hard to locate

Hard to locate and you need to go down a lot of stairs to get to the place. Super basic rental, location was good since it was walking distance to all the restaurants and shops, super close to the main Fira town. Also close to the bus and taxi terminal.

The way to turn on the air conditioner is unusual. He explained to me how to turn it on, but no matter how many times I tried, I couldn't turn it on. So I had to bear the cold in the morning and at night.

It is a traditional cave house, stylish and very cute room. There is a small kitchen, but there is no stove , but the cutlery was enough so l could prepare simple meals . The towels were clean and there was plenty of hot water. The host Ephrem was kind and his email response was early. He tried to respond to my request as far as possible.

For the price and location, The Nest Apartments is a great choice. Our room was exactly as described—clean, well-kept, and comfortable. It’s just a short walk to the main square in Fira, which was super convenient. Would definitely recommend!

Booked The Nest Apartments months before arrival, got a taxi to drop me off, looked at the self check in details which were sent to me upon arriving in Santorini (not beforehand) and noticed that I had been moved to a completely different address about 200 metres away. Different accommodation called Nolis White (26m2 in size) that looked nothing like I had booked. I booked The Nest based on the apartment size of 50m2, esthetics, location to friends I was travelling with and was blind sided by being relocated without my knowledge or approval. When contacting the host they said I could not stay at The Nest the first night, they did not know why and there was nothing I could do about it. Their attitude was frustrating, not professional and with zero care factor. I did not have the energy to change after one night so stayed at Nolis White and made do. Extremely disappointed.

The sink pipes in the bathroom were leaking so the bathroom had mold. As a result each time we returned to the room it smelled moldy. We had to open both the door and the window for 30 minutes to be able to go inside

We asked for our room to be cleaned just once (because cleaning the room was an extra charge) and they just changed the towels, redid the bed (with the same sheets) and mopped the floor with just water. No chlorine on the bathroom, nothing

The bathroom has a sliding door with no frame, which makes it a little less private. It had a water leak. The replacement of towels is free, but when we asked they didn´t have enough clean towels to replace, same thing with toilet paper.

The apartment is comfortable and it has fridge and electric kettle. It is near the bus station and in a nice neiborhood. They allowed us to check in past midnight, just leaving the door open

I mentioned we were 4 people but they left only 2 shower towels. Also the shower didn’t have a holder to keep it in place, so I had to shower while holding the hose, which isn’t a great experience, especially when you need to wash your hair.

Did not have amenities/appliances as advertised (needed to ask for them and they were not installed before our stay was over). Broken dehumidifier. Lack of basic kitchen items (dishwashing cloth, dish soap, dish towels). Mouldy bathroom due to poor air circulation in entire apartment. No hooks to hang items like towels

There were no close by parking available The place was hard to reach there were too many stairs it is a hilly area so carrying your trolly bag was really annoying , there was no gas stove in there apartment looks like a cave (can be fascinating for someone ) bathroom was not good

There was mess in the room, balloons left from the previous person I imagine. The towels had black stains on. There was no curtain to cover the windows and the lock on the door was very stiff and caused us a lot of trouble getting in and out, which wasted a lot of our time as we were only there for one night.

Once you enter to the apartment, you feel high air humidity and a bad smell of a closed space. There is an air dryer, but it doesn't work until you insert your key to activate electricity. And despite all this, you will have to empty a water tank every day because it's filling up with water real fast.

Location was good. Around 10 minutes from the bus station.

Then tap leaked all over the floor. The shower head sprayed everywhere There were coat hangers but no places to hang them. The mirror in the bathroom was too far away. there was only the one trash can in the bath, What was the use of a sink …..no shelves, cleaning cloths, soap. A kettle with a couple of cups would be an excellent touch. The beds were comfortable and there was lots of space. Perfect for a family and it was centrally located.

We did like the location , once we found it…..after a 5 hour search beginning at 4;40 in the morning. We found out that this place had changed its name and not even the locals knew it. After a belated email we did find it Upon entering , we found a large cosy space . Inside there were several shortcomings.

This place exceeded our expectations! The apartment was modern, very clean, and had everything we needed. The location is great—just minutes from restaurants and viewpoints, but still peaceful at night. A great value for the price!
