A charming little house in the heart of Oia with breathtaking views of the caldera and sunset. The place was peaceful, spotless, and beautifully. The highlight was the host — incredibly kind and attentive, always available to help with anything we needed.

You need to remember to put the boiler on switch in order to have hot water in the shower .

The view from the house was amazing , the location.aircon worked well . All you need and very good value for this area . There is a public swimming pool next to the house.

Apartment is outdated. Sofa bed was sagged and very hard to sleep on. Some of the surfaces were not very clean. We had to wipe clean all the surfaces before we settled in.

Location is great, closed to oia castle. Very convenient to watch the sunset. The apartment roof top is a great place to watch sunset too. Also closed to public parking. We were lucky to find parking nearby for the 2 nights we rented a car.

Not always hot water in the shower

Excellent property. Great location and balcony area out the front to watch the sunset. Close to cafes/restaurants, a walk down to the ocean and 10 metres away from a luxury sunset pool (we paid 15 euro for the day).

Honestly was such a beautiful and authentic place to stay. Loved the small cute details of this property. The location was incredible and there was a pool with a cafe practically next to the property which we found really helpful. Many thanks x

Magical place with a traditional Greek house touche , cave like , location is perfect , waking up every day to this beautiful view of windmill and sea was amazing. The view from the terrace so lovely. Could stay here longer . Felt so in the centre but also private from the busy hotels. It’s like you living in your own home. We all loved it so much. Internet was super fast , host was communicating very well and was very helpful.Thank you ❤️🇬🇷🙏🌅

Host has accurate and fast response to our enquiries, including advise for interesting sites in Oia. House was clean and fresh with traditional equipment that simulated the old time in Oia / Santorini. The Position was excellenta nad the house has the ideal osition to see the sunset in Caldera.

House difficult to find (it is currently white and not orange like the posted pictures). But this not the owner's fault, Oia does not have house or street numbers. Host provided step by step instructions of how to get to the house - make sure you follow his directions. Sofa bed not very comfortable. No caldera view (but that is reflected in the price). Need to warn non Greeks to turn on the hot water switch otherwise will be having cold showers!

Close to Oia castle for watching sunrise/sunset. Kind host went out of his way to provide info about which restaurants and stores were open during the Christmas holidays (Dec 25 and 26). Large outdoor porch.

The location is perfect, you also can cook by yourself. Just 2mins walk from the center, Restaurant 10 seconds by walk, supermarket 30 seconds! And it’s quiet and comfortable. I liked the idea can see the most beautiful sunset from your own balcony, defiantly I will come back!

We had an issue with the hot water system leaking in the bathroom, however the host was very quick to organize a replacement

The wifi was not good. It was difficult even to connect the booking.com message app. If you go there by yourself with public transportation, the first difficulty will be finding the parking pool which the owner shows to inform the location of the accomodation. (The information itself was very precise!)

The location of the accomodation was so nice. It was 5 mins away by walk from the sunset view point. Even the roof of the accomodation made us show a beautiful sunset. The room was nice and very clean.
