Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

We all loved this hotel. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, the food was delicious and everyone was very helpful and gave us valuable information about Santorini. The hotel is right on the beach with other amenities around. Absolutely clean, beautiful hotel.

United KingdomFrom our first point of contact through Booking.com to leaving the Hotel at the end of our stay Nick & his staff could not of been more helpful or accommodating. The rooms are so clean and well maintained you would think you paid twice the price! The restaurant also deserves a mention, it is definitely up there with all the others on the food side but excels with Nicks humour and interaction, you cannot help but be happy.

The location was amazing!! The food was incredible - so very fresh! Those cherry tomatoes, capers, cucumbers and olives were the best EVER! The welcoming platter - my all time favorite. The Santorini wine - white and red. So very good. The staff - Owner Nicholas, Marybelle and the lady at the desk (sorry, can't remember her name) were so friendly and helpful. We LOVED Santorini!! We used the local bus system to travel the Island to other cities as well as taxi's when needed. I will always stay in Kamari and at the Sea Breeze, if we get the opportunity to come back to this magical island. Thank you to everyone at the Sea Breeze that made our dream come true!

United KingdomNot the hotels fault at all - a family staying the hotel next door that shares use of the pool were a nightmare and didn’t make relaxing at all easy, when they came to the pool side everyone stood up and left! They won’t put us off returning.
What a hidden gem! From the start, the communication was excellent. We were arriving from another island by ferry, and the staff went above and beyond to arrange our transfer seamlessly. The service was outstanding – nothing was too much trouble. Our room was not only lovely but also exceptionally clean and spacious. While the pool is on the smaller side, it’s ideal for a refreshing dip, and the view of the building from there is like something out of a postcard. We never had any issues finding a sunbed, whether by the pool or on the beach. The cocktails were fantastic, and breakfast was delicious. Honestly, we couldn’t find a single fault, and we’ll definitely be back!
