What a gem of a place and an island, definitely recommend over 3 days stay to see more of the island. Host excellent, friendly and informative. 20min walk to the port - with great dinner choices. Property is lovely, views stunning, breakfast great.

Everything was great! We had some wonderful days in Ios.

The pool and pool area is STUNNING!

The friendliest owners ever! Made us feel so comfortable and at home. The view from the pool area is incredible. We didn't want to leave! Breakfast is also very yummy! We can't wait to stay again.

The driveway up is quite steep to walk up but manageable but just to note if you have mobility issues! Other than that we can't fault it at all.

Perfect location for a chill vibe in Ios. Not too far away from the main town and a nice walk from the port. The hosts were incredible and so friendly, they made the stay feel so welcome and inviting. The suggestions and the laughs straight off the boat was exactly the vibe my partner and I needed to settle into a new location. A MUST BOOK 🤩

The location and views were amazing, very short, stroll along the beach to the Port, the hosts couldn't do enough for you, friendly and sincere, I would definitely recommend to friends and family

The steep driveway might not be suitable for some. We managed (with a break for two)

The infinity pool was fantastic with great views of Ios from the Hotel.

Getting up to the hotel was quite steep and had lots of stairs with no lift. Not a place for anyone with low fitness or physical issues.

The pool was great, the rooms and decoration too. The hosts are also great, they treat guests like family!

Just that the pool is not usable at night.

We loved our whole stay at Seabreeze Hotel from the moment we landed. Annerie and Christos, our host, made us feel so welcome and gave an amazing run down of the island. When we arrived at the hotel, Christos was super welcoming and made us feel like family. The rooms were goregous with a breathtaking view (especially at night) looking over at the port. The pool is a life saver. The pictures of the hotel definitely do not do it justice, a place we will definitely come to again.

Just that there was no overhead shower head. Due to the location, it was super windy at night, and in hindsight, get an atv to get back and from the hotel to the main towns.

Everything was absolutely amazing! The room was very clean and cozy, the view was breathtaking, and the entire place felt peaceful and well taken care of. But the best part was the family who runs the hotel, they were so warm and welcoming. Without even asking, they gave us great local tips and made sure we felt at home from the first minute.

Perfectly located away from the young nightlife with the most beautiful infinity pool with outstanding views over the harbour

Beautiful place with amazing view over the port and the city. The pool area with all the wonderful flowers is the best place to relax! The port is approx 15 min by walk from where you can either walk up to the city or catch the bus. The owners are amazing and make this place wonderful.

Nothing it was perfect

Absolutely amazing. Such nice hosts who were always available at every hour of the day and provided really good advice. Room was super pretty aswell with a nice view of the pool/ocean. Food and drinks at property were very nice aswell

Close enough to the port and easy connections to the main town, but far enough to escape the hustle of bustle of busy nightlife.
