Excellent location, amazing staff and perfectly clean! The view!!!

Super close to the sea, sandy beach with calm warm water and no waves. Location close enough to the city but far enough to be bothered with loud music.

Location, great breakfast

We loved the landlady - she was very helpful and ensured we had a comfortable stay. We arrived very late (11:30 PM), while there was a storm all around. Despite this, the lady was present at the property and ensured we had a smooth check-in. Also, the property is just on the beach, between two bars/cafes but still quite throughout the day.

On the day of check-in there was a very strong storm and heavy rainfall with winds coming in from the sea. This lead to some water seeping in from one of the windows. This was a unique situation, and would recommend to put in another layer of sealant on the window. But overall, the water was promptly cleaned up by the cleaning staff and we didn't face any problems for the rest of our stay.

It is not very friendly for families with small children. The bathroom is so small. It is great that they provide towels and cleaning every day, but somehow the apartment needs a deep cleaning.

Private garden with sun loungers and parasols right next to the beach. Perfect decreasing in appaver with regular cleaning. And especially the great lady owner, who took care of us throughout the stay.

Location was fantastic and the staff were extremely accommodating and welcoming.

The family room requires some maintenance. Every time the toilet was used it would not stop leaking. Water leaked into the apartment during storm through the window seals.

Could not rate this accomodation higher! We will definitely be back to stay soon!! Place was spotless, cleaned every day, not that there was need! Owners and staff were so lovely and helpful, and it is right on the beachfront, like right in front of u, 5 steps down, from a gorgeous grass personal area, it's central but not right in the madness of laganas which is up the road if u want it, a few min walk! Could not recommend this more if you want to be close to the madness but away at the same time! With the gorgeous views, clean and new looking rooms, 3 supermarkets around corner, and the owners and staff as I said were so nice! Little bit of paradise I will never regret staying in!!

The position is perfect and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend because the room are modern with balcony with sea view. Nearby there local places where you can eat and go out. Thank you!

The room is very simple, the hotel building faces the beach, there are sun beds on the hotel lawn for hotel guests.

Be prepared that this entire beach is a place for endless youth parties. Two steps away from the hotel there is a street consisting of discos, bars with cheap beer and strip bars. The music from the discos in the room at night is inaudible, but during the day the music from the bar to the left and right of the hotel plays throughout the beach. It is impossible to relax, rest or read a book anywhere. We were unable to relax on this beach and left by car every day. The food in the restaurants on the beach is also mediocre, the food on the island is much better. In general, this is a cheap youth resort. In addition, after cleaning the room, the headphones disappeared. The staff denied everything, I also do not blame them, since I have no evidence. But the fact of the loss remains a fact.

Great location. The apartment is a bit further than the busy road of laganas and just a few meters from the sea, so that was great! There is a garden with grass and free sun loungers for the guests. Room a little smaller than expected but very clean and well decorated . Air conditioning was working fine.

Some utensils are needed in the kitchen for preparing meals . No closets, just a hanger for the clothes. Also, ironing and a coffee maker would be a great addition !

The location of the property couldn't be better. Beautiful views of the sea from the balcony, easy access to the beach, close proximity to bars and restaurants and relatively quiet during the night despite it being peak season. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the hotel property features sunbeds free to use for customers. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

There wasn't much to not like. I understand that some rooms in the hotel have a small kitchen area with a small stove and space to prepare food. Our room did not have this (we knew this when booking and the rooms with kitchens were fully booked), but I think it should be a standard for all rooms to have a space and facilities to prepare food. This wasn't a big inconvenience for us, but for some it may be a problem, especially if you don't want to spend a lot of money on eating out.

It was clean, nice view, the owner recommended us a place to go and see the turtles and we saw them it was awesome.

Very noisy around but it is all Laganas we thought we were going to a quiet place in front of the sea but no, it is a party place. Apart from that we try to use the TV to watch the football and it wasn’t good the reception. They didn’t have the wifi password in the room but I asked and they provided the day after. There were no spoons to make you coffee.

We have spent the best week of our lives here! Our room was always clean, the staff was really kind and helpful, the garden was organized and we had an amazing view every day😊 and I also have to mention the cats in the yard…😍

We only had one fork and no shampoo or conditioner.

Had some ant attack. They get inside under the door. We need bought an ant killer spray. (Ground floor)

Very clean and best location in laganas area, we saw a lot of turtles just from our balcony, the staff are very friendly. We felt home , everything was excellent, we had super relaxing week in Zakynthos. Definitely we will stay here next time.
