Our stay at the Santoroia suite was like a dream! My partner and I wanted a peaceful, romantic escape, and this place was everything we imagined. The views were so beautiful, and relaxing in the hot tub together, with that amazing scenery, was unforgettable. Oia in November was the best—there weren’t many tourists, so it felt like we had the village all to ourselves. We walked along the main path and enjoyed the sunset from the castle in such a calm, cozy vibe. Mary, our hostess, was amazing, always helping us with local tips and making us feel at home. And the breakfast was delicious, fresh every morning, which made each day even better. I couldn’t imagine a more perfect place for a romantic getaway—definitely recommend it for anyone wanting to feel the magic of Santorini!

Everything was amazing!

We had such a great time staying at the Santoroia suite! It was super clean and just the right size for the two of us, with plenty of space to relax. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the main path in Oia and close to Oia’s Castle, which was amazing for catching the sunset. Mary, our hostess, was fantastic! She gave us lots of great tips on where to go and what to see, making our stay even better. The views from the suite were stunning, and we loved chilling in the hot tub after exploring. It was a bit difficult to find a parking slot but our hostess informed us of the public parking area and problem solved!

We had an incredible stay at the Santoroia suite! The house is super spacious, with a separate bedroom, and it comfortably fit the three of us with no issues at all. It felt more like staying in our own home rather than just a vacation rental. The location is perfect—right in the heart of Oia's traditional village but away from the crowds of tourists. We had spent the previous nights in Imerovigli, which was beautiful, but Oia felt much more traditional and authentic. The peaceful vibe here was exactly what we were looking for. The view of the sea is breathtaking, and the hot tub was a huge plus. We spent our evenings just soaking in the views and relaxing—it was perfect. The daily breakfast was also a highlight, always served fresh and warm, which made our mornings even better. The house had everything we needed, and being away from the busy tourist spots made it the ideal place to fully enjoy Santorini. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a spacious and comfortable stay in Oia!

Nothing not to like!

We recently stayed at a lovely studio in Oia, and it was truly a magical experience! While the studio was cozy and a bit on the smaller side, it had all the essential amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The real highlight, though, was the breathtaking view from the balcony. Waking up every morning to the serene beauty of the cliffs, overlooking the majestic Santorini volcano, was an experience beyond words. The hot tub added a luxurious touch, making our evenings relaxing and special. The breakfast was another pleasant surprise—delicious, fresh, and served hot every morning, even though the property is nestled within the traditional village, where accessible roads are limited. A special mention to Mary, our amazing hostess, who went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. She was incredibly helpful in recommending the best places to visit and dine, making our Santorini experience even more memorable. Overall, this stay made our Santorini visit unforgettable. I highly recommend visiting Oia—there’s simply no place like it! The peace and beauty of the area are unmatched, and this property, along with Mary’s hospitality, added to the charm. We can’t wait to return!

loved the kitchen, and it is spacious for a couple. the location may be hard sometimes to go up and down the steps but the views make up for it!

The bath towels were not changed once during our stay and, because of the pool, it would be important to have more bathroom mats.

The view is the highlight of the property. Going down and up the steep stairs is challenging and can be a problem for an older guest or one with mobility difficulties, but the effort is worth every minute. The room was comfortable, the shower great and the breakfast charming and very tasty.

The room is exactly as it is shown in pictures, but NOT the terrace. It has a glass next to the jacuzzi and on the left side, some black bars that are not shown in pictures. It would have been nice to know this before arriving.

The room has an amazing view to caldera. Small, but well equipped. The location is perfect in the center of Oia.

Nothing to dislike, but like all the cliff side properties, you need to able for the steps. It is well worth the effort.

The location of this suite on the cliff side of Oia provides the most amazing views of the Caldera and volcanic islands.The suite is gorgeous, it feels like living in a spacious luxury cave. Our hostess Mary was very helpful, arranged our transport, met us from the taxi with porter to carry the luggage. Our terrace had a private hot tub and sun bed.

Everything was great...no complaints

The property was in excellent location and veey clean. Close to everything. Having breakfast waiting for us every morning on our patio that delivered by Tim & Denis. Our sweet always smiling cleaning lady Marieli did amazing job. Cant thank her enough for the coffee's. We had an amazing host Mary which helped us with our excursions and everything elwe we needed. Recommend the place and give it 5*****

Lacked luxury… no mirror in bathroom and no shade or sun beds in outdoor area. Only small umbrella. Providing a few large umbrellas and doing up the top seating area would improve the ambiance

Hygiene Issue: It is more important than anything else; however, the bedsheet, duvet cover, and pillowcases were not changed, and there were different color hairs, small pieces of debris, and boogers on the bedsheet. Attitude: The host or staff blamed us for not checking the cleanliness of the bed when we checked in during the afternoon. As tourists, we didn't have time to inspect every corner of the room before going out for our trip. Fortunately, they sent a cleaner to change the bedsheets and duvet cover for us at night. Regarding the jacuzzi, there was sand on the bottom, small flies, and short hairs inside the water, so we decided not to use it. Facilities: The jacuzzi has a glass fence as protection, but it doesn't exactly match the uploaded photos. The terrace, located upon our room, has a small desk and two chairs for enjoying the view of Caldera. However, there are cactus planted in front of the view, limiting the visibility. I understand it might be for safety reasons to prevent danger of falling.

It is worth the price; it is very reasonable for a small cliff hotel. It also has its own jacuzzi, and the bathroom is well-designed. There is a double bed and a small kitchen, as well as breakfast included.
