They property is just a beautiful as the pictures and the staff made the experience even better. Naya the host was so accommodating, helpful, and great communication throughout our stay. The food was delicious and other staff was so friendly and prompt. It was a dream stay to celebrate my birthday. Would definitely return.

Our stay at the Santorini Princess villa was truly unforgettable. The view from the villa was absolutely breathtaking – worth a million! The villa itself was spacious, spotless, and had everything we needed to feel completely comfortable. The pool water was wonderfully warm, which made it a joy to use even when the weather was a bit cool. Breakfasts were delicious, and the staff – including the lovely villa manager Naya – were incredibly friendly and helpful. A special thank you to them for the amazing birthday surprise! We had an incredible time and will definitely return the next time we visit Santorini.

There was nothing I didn’t like, maybe the location as it is a taxi ride, but this adds to the charm, you can hire ATV & Mopeds & cars right opposite. If you would like.

Beautiful villa with Breathtaking views over the Caldera, with private pool and hot tub, Breakfast brought to the villa every morning by happy professional staff who were amazing at their job, Natasha the manger was so welcoming and nothing was to much Trouble, it felt like I had known her for years, all the team at Santorini Presidential Villas are all amazing and do a brilliant job making sure that your holiday goes perfect, I didn’t have one Complaint, Natasha was always just a WhatsApp message away if I needed to be picked up or dropped off a meal or a Sunset cruise booked, just every about the holiday was perfect, from the moment we were picked up from the Airport by the driver, so professional, all the drivers need a shout out, there knowledge of Santorini and the tips and history they would tell you about on your journey was just so handy to know, the whole team at These Villas go above and beyond for your holiday to be special, before I left The manageress came to the Villa to give us a present from them before we left when we arrived we were given a Greece drink with our meal to try then in our room Drinks and cake complimentary had been left in our villa, nothing was to much trouble for any member of staff here, I would of loved to have stayed longer and hopefully next year I will, I want to say a great big thank you to all the staff at Santorini Presidential villas,

Fabulous location not in a bust oart of the island ut still near to some great restaurants Wonderful staff who are keen to make sure your stay is memorable and special. Great breakfasts and nothing is too.kuch trouble. The villas are brilliant and the pool and jacuzzi marvellous. Definitely recommended.

Getting around the island is a little cumbersome. It’s 36€ to Uber anywhere (whether 1/2 mile or the other side of the island) Should consider renting a car

There was nothing I didn't like. The experience, service, location and helpfulness of staff was 5 star.

Communications before and during stay were great. Staff were friendly and attentive. Location was ideal, views were fantastic. Villa was lovely and clean as was the pool. Food was delicious.

Honestly nothing. We found the short drive into Oia, Fira, to be a great part of the overall experience of the Island. (We rented a car right from our villa).

Beautiful location with amazing service! The villa was very clean and the outdoor area is amazing & private. Our family of 4 had a relaxing vacation & we thoroughly enjoyed the private pool & view. The interior was nice, although the mattresses were extremely firm which is not our preference. The air conditioning worked well in all rooms but one. As for transportation, we did fine without a rental car, using the hotel shuttle when needed. There are a few restaurants & grocery shops within walking distance. However, as most anywhere on the island, be aware that you will be walking on a busy road. I can’t say enough about the incredible staff! They were all attentive, responsive & gracious. It was so nice to have meals & snacks delivered to our villa and the breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend staying here!

Absolutely amazing accomodation. Communication from start to finish was brilliant, the property was stunning, exceptionally clean and well maintained. Spacious and bright. A private pool and jacuzzi overlooked the caldera and very comfortable sun loungers positioned well. The views and sunsets were stunning . The staff were excellent, attentive and friendly and sorted anything you requested from transfers, trips to food and drink. The breakfast was amazing as was the food in the evening, delicious. This property was booked for 3 girls to celebrate a big birthday and the staff made sure it was a special stay. A little piece of paradise and we will definitely return. Rating this property a 10 doesn't even do it justice. Cannot recommend it highly enough.

Everything was perfect, and there really was nothing that we did not like. If we had to say something, the TVs were not more significant, like 50 inches instead of 40 inches, but we were pretty happy.

Breakfast, a highlight of our stay and included in the rate, was a truly indulgent affair. We were treated to a variety of mouthwatering food and drinks, including freshly baked pastries, local fruits, and a selection of hot and cold beverages. The service was impeccable, with the staff catering to our every desire. Enjoying these delectable treats in the serene garden while admiring the breathtaking view with your loved ones was a unique and thrilling experience. The Santorini Princess Presidential Suites is a place we are eager to revisit.

we arrived quite late like 10.30pm thanks for the staff who is waiting for us. However, it could be more comfortable for the guests if the registration can be done later after we got into the villa. If it is not dark like that, I would not mind going to register back and forth from the villa to the reception. You might choose to let the guests (that you are expecting anyway) to choose the more convenient way of registration at 10.30 pm at night. The bed and pillows are pretty good. We slept quite well but would like you to improve a bit of the bathroom. It looks a bit run down, particularly the faucets and shower faucets. The rest is good - particularly the bed you are taking good care of it. The towels should be replaced already. A bit old and you may use the conditioner to make it puffy more. One suggestion is that due to the fact that the breakfast will be written and send through whatsapp, we like it. But the form should have one box about when the guest expect the housekeeper to come. We don't like it much when you ring too often asking when for this and when for that. :)

The property, particularly outside is well taken care of. I really like the garden, the pool and the terraces. The breakfast is good too, very generous. Alexander takes good care of us everyday. The cleanliness of the bed and pillows is good. We really like it. Overall service is pretty amazing!

I love my stay at Santorini, however as a first timer on the island, I realise transportation and commuting was expensive, I would've been glad if I was advised right from the start to considering hiring a car if I don't mind driving. Overall it was fun.

Breakfast was amazing, the options were numerous and very healthy, would be served at location of choice, indoors or poolside. Sofia told us Greeks prefers to eat breakfast like Kings, It sure felt like it. The restaurant meals were also star quality, yum yum. The Sunset view right from the villa is glorious. The Staff were all ever so polite and helpful, Constantine, Abe, Panos and others that made our holiday at Santorini super memorable, Thank you all.

Nothing--our stay was fantastic.

Amazing view, beautiful villa, perfect family spot! Villa had a private pool, right on the cliff with a caldera view of the sunset. Stayed there with three kids. Staff was incredible and attended to our every need. A/c and wifi worked great, which was not true of everywhere we stayed in Santorini. Staff went above and beyond to help even after we left.
