Maria! She's been amazing from the beginning until the end, it would not have been the same without her. She's here for anything that you need, and that makes all the difference, she always has great recommendations, and she helped me a LOT organizing a special occasion for us. The summit villa is also spectacular; the view is one of the best of Santorini, the bed is so comfortable, and it's a very calm location, compared to the crowded streets of Fira/Oia. The best location to relax, and not too far away from all the great restaurants and great beaches.

We didn’t book for long enough!

What didn’t we like would be an easier question! From arrival and meeting the wonderful owners to seeing our spacious, beautiful room with the breathtaking view, we were spoilt from start to finish. Quiet, private with a gorgeous pool overlooking the island. A hammock to relax in and great facilities!

From the moment we arrived at Santorini Heights, we knew this would be a special trip. As our first holiday together, it exceeded every expectation. The staff were outstanding, genuinely kind, attentive, and always willing to go above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Every interaction felt professional yet warm, and they made us feel truly cared for. Our suite was calm, peaceful, and beautifully equipped with everything we needed. The location was ideal, secluded enough for complete relaxation, yet perfectly positioned to explore every corner of the island. The views were simply breathtaking, a constant reminder of Santorini’s beauty. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent, with fresh, delicious options that made every meal a pleasure. What impressed us most was how accommodating the team was with our requests, nothing was too much trouble for them. We cannot thank the team at Santorini Heights enough for making our first holiday together so memorable. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome – especially Maria, who went above and beyond every single day. She helped us with everything from restaurant bookings (always the best seats!) to thoughtful little touches that made our stay so special. We felt truly spoiled! The food from their in-house chef is next level – highly recommend dining in at least once. Easily the most amazing holiday experience we’ve ever had. Can’t wait to come back! You must stay here!! Leaving-still sad!

Where do I start?! We had the most amazing six nights at Santorini Heights, the first two in an infinity pool villa (which we absolutely loved) and the other four nights in the Summit villa. This would have to be one of the nicest places we have stayed and we had to keep pinching ourselves. Maria was incredible. Nothing was too much trouble and she responded so quickly and helpfully to all requests. Her advice on places to visit and see were great, however we struggled each day to tear ourselves away from the outstanding views, wonderful pool and 5+ star service. Her te ommensation on dinner in Oia to enjoy the sunset was perfect! We will always remember Santorini Heights and Maria and the rest of the team as being one of the most memorable weeks we have enjoyed while travelling. Thanks so much! We hope to visit again.

The property has four apartments and a detached suite, all of them have their privacy and do have access to a nice view, thanks also to the elevated position that is almost on top of the highest point of the island. The nearest village is a little more than 5 minutes from the house with a vehicle. The property with a private Infinity pool, is designed with care and gives positive vibes. The freshly made breakfast made to order is a nice plus. The staff is very nice, professional and caring. Shoutout to Maria at the reception, she is always available and prompt to assist in case of need or recommendation, including coordinating the booking of extra services like mopeds, quads, catamaran tours, etc. Good value for money!

Leaving is too hard. ❤️ You might be thinking that a car is a must have to access the villas but by cab its totally fine. Its a budget but its worth every pennies -- especially if you compare the prices with the caldera.

The design (spacy, comfy, classy) both inside and outside, the view from the Villa (the highest one, but Ive visited all of them and they are all having a perfect panorama), the room service is so responsive, charming and efficient. The monastery uphill and the view/panorama on the other side of santorini (caldera) is perfect 🙂

We loved everything :) we chose to stay a little outside the main towns so we could have a real relax and re-set! We got taxis a couple of evenings into the main towns which Maria was super helpful in organising! The taxis are very efficient, timely in picking us up and Maria was amazing at helping us organise our trips!

Our villa was truly beautiful! It was very comfortable, so well maintained and the infinity pool overlooking the sea view was spectacular! We loved our stay!

Nothing - everything was perfect!

This hotel is the perfect place to stay when visiting Santorini. Firstly, the suites are beautiful and so clean. The housekeeping service is seamless and we returned every day to a spotless room and balcony. The views here are exceptional and it is so private and quiet. Ideal if you want a relaxing holiday. We hired a car and it was so easy to drive into the busier areas, the furthest we drove was only about 35 minutes. The food is delicious, some of the best food we had during our trip was had at Santorini heights! Also you can basically have any food you want, nothing is too much for the staff here. We were also treated to lots of tradition Greek dishes which were amazing! The experience staying at Santorini heights is very personal and you feel cared for by all the staff - they really just want to help you have an amazing holiday! There is also a perfect sunset spot only a few minutes drive up the road from the hotel, and very quiet in comparison to other places on the island. Me and my husband spent a week here for our honeymoon and we are so glad we chose Santorini heights. I can’t think of a more perfect place to relax on this island. We have to mention Thomas whose hosting skills are exceptional. He helped us with all our dinner reservations, ensuring we had the best seats with amazing views. Recommendations for places to visit and activities, arranging our hire car for us and any taxi transfers we needed! He is happy to assist with absolutely anything you need and he really helped make our stay even more special. Thank you Thomas!!

The location is beautiful, but if you would like to get to Fira or Oia it will be a drive. If you’d like to go out exploring the night life definitely recommend either calling a taxi or requesting a ride as the hotel is one of the highest points on the island and gets pretty dark at night!

Beautiful property! It was fully booked when we arrived and I never saw any other guests. A super private and beautiful place to stay. Thomas is wonderful and was able to assist with absolutely everything and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

This hotel is easily one of the best I have ever stayed in. Thomas contacted me a day before arrival to confirm whether we had transfers booked. We didn't so he arranged that for us, letting us know the cost and that the driver would be waiting for us at the terminal. At the same time, he asked what kind of pizza we liked so he could have one available for our late arrival. We were picked up at the airport as expected and ferried off to the hotel to meet Thomas. We sat in reception with a glass of local wine while Thomas took the time to detail the island, including the restaurants he recommended and how the hotel works generally. After that, he led us to our room. Service at the hotel is perfect. Every day, you place your order for the next days breakfast via a website accessed using a QR code attached to the keys. Drinks and food can also be ordered via this app. Breakfast was laid out on the hotel terrace every morning and lunch the same. We at lunch at the hotel for the two full days we were there and couldn't fault it. The cocktails were also great. Thomas helped us arrange transfers to Nobu for dinner our first night, and on the afternoon of our second day arranged for a dinner and transfers to Barolo, which was one of his recommendations. When we arrived at the restaurant we were asked what hotel we came from; after confirming Santorini Heights we were whisked to a table right by the edge of the cliff with a perfect view of the sunset for dinner. The food was also very good and I'm glad we went with Thomas' recommendation. Thomas also assisted in arranging a catamaran cruise for our last day, and kept our room for us while we were away as they had no bookings. On return we were able to use our room to clean up in comfort prior to returning to the airport. You might read these reviews and wonder whether Thomas could really be that good - he is, without a doubt. If you book this hotel you will not regret it. I do not.

The property is gorgeous! Everything is just like the pictures. We stayed in the Vine suite and the pool was heated to around 26-27c (perfect temp) and cleaned daily. The view was incredible and so lovely to only be a 15 minute drive from everything (Fira, the port, Akrotiri, the airport ect) but in complete serenity. Thomas is amazing and an asset to Santorini Heights. He is so knowledgeable and helpful, but also feels like a friend who knows the island and wants to show you around. We went to Franztescos seafood taverna on Thomas’ recommendation and it was wonderful. No frills seaside restaurant on the water, where you can rent a sunbed and swim on the black beach at Perissa after your meal. We also went on a wine tour of the island, scheduled to end at sunset, great wines and beautiful views, recommend this as well. Definitely would love to come back and stay again!

We could not fault the villa in any way at all, the staff are exceptional, welcoming and accommodating in every way, they go above and beyond to ensure that every need is catered for. Friendly and most importantly the staff enjoy their jobs and give 110% phenomenal service. Thomas is first class and made our holiday the best I have experienced he is a credit to the hotel along side an amazing chef Katerina who cooks beautiful food. The housekeeping service provided by Xrisa was exceptional and groundskeeper Dimitris again efficient friendly and above his game. Thank you to the team for the most amazing time. WE WILL BE BACK.

You need a car but that will anyway save you a lot of money in Santorini. Plenty of parking space everyday.

I loved everything, the view, the calm location, the service with Thomas was just incredible. I travel a lot and this is undoubtedly one of my favourite vacations spot now. A gem of tranquility and sophistication in Santorini. Truly recomendo and will be back.

An absolute smash hit. Huge shout out to my man Thomas. We travel a lot and he must be hands down the best concierge we've had the pleasure of meeting. Always a step ahead with the hospitality, he has killer recomendations for where to go, what to see, how to get there, not to mention is a pleasure to chat with. The suite was beutiful. A gorgeous view of the Aegean and the island. Breakfast on the terrace every morning was fresh and delicious. The plunge pool was really the icing on top, perfect to cool down after a sunny afternoon. I could go on and on. What an amazing place. Just book it. Our stay includes breakfast for 2 people every morning, and those were excellent. We can enjoy wonderful Greek traditional food in suite. Mousaka & Gyros was exceptional. Also, I definitely received wonderful service from Thomas (Receptionist). Thomas took care of our whole stay. Always tried best to make our stay memorable. Really enjoyed our vacation in Santorini Suite (Especially this is for our Honeymoon trip!) We will definitely visit again if we planned to trip to Santorini in future.

Easily the most lovely hotel we’ve ever been to!! Very personal approach with only x5 suites so Thomas and all of the team provide the most incredible service! We wanted for nothing our whole trip! Thomas is so helpful at organising any activities, calling restaurants to help get you a good table and arranging any transfers. He arranged for a car to be dropped off at the hotel for us to rent which was so convenient! The suites are gorgeous as well, spotless, so comfortable, outside area has stunning views down towards the coastline and lovely pool with jets. The suites are in a slightly quieter area of the island near Pyrgos and only about a 20 min drive from the port. Pyrgos itself is lovely, great restaurants and a bit more laidback compared to Fira or Oia.

The location being close to the highest point on the island provided both stunning views and a quiet retreat from the bustle of the main towns, which suited us perfectly, although having a car is recommended. We were so warmly welcomed by Thomas the hotel manager who is passionate about making your stay as perfect as possible and was so friendly and helpful throughout. A massive thumbs up to Thomas. The beautiful modern accommodation is built to a high standard and spotlessly maintained. We had a suite with private pool which was such a pleasure to relax into whilst taking in the magnificent sea view from high up at the end of a day’s sight seeing and to also sit beside whilst enjoying the delicious breakfast served to order each morning. Our stay of a week was a pure delight that exceeded our high expectations. If we ever return to the island we will definitely aim to stay there again.
