How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet 5-star expectations. The cleaning was below standard, and on several occasions, staff entered the room despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign being displayed — sometimes without even knocking. A few times, the door was also left open after service, which was unacceptable from a security standpoint. We had to call the reception 2-3 times everyday to request what we were supposed to have (towels, bin bags). The cleanliness was far below standard: there were ants on the beds, flies around the breakfast food, and the baby chairs in the dining area were filthy (some without safety belt). Certain staff members, particularly at the reception, could improve their politeness and demonstrate greater interest in addressing issues when they arise. To make matters worse, upon checkout we were told we owed money for two drinks at the lobby bar that we never had. Only after insisting was it acknowledged as a mistake, but this left a very poor impression. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I cannot recommend this hotel as a true 5-star property.

The entire resort feels elegant and well-kept, with highlights like the infinity pool and those unforgettable sunsets that make every evening magical. The breakfast selection in the morning is very good and tasty, with plenty of options to enjoy, and the staff stand out for being genuinely caring and friendly, always making you feel welcomed. One special touch that really moved me was the beautiful little church inside the resort — such a peaceful and lovely addition. The only area for improvement would be the attention to detail from housekeeping. It would be nice if toilet paper was replenished daily without the need to call, and if they noticed our preference for regular coffee instead of decaf, adjusting accordingly. These are just small touches, but improving them would make the stay even better. Despite these little details, my stay was fantastic and I would happily return!

There is no beach as is shown in the pictures, or rather it was "closed". So you can only access the sea through a long pierce.

Verified reviewBeautiful luxury resort, very kind and helpful staff, great breakfast, convenient free shuttle to Mykonos town, three restaurants (of which two serve lunch and snacks and one serves dinner), very nice pool area. The view is so beautiful, especially during sunset. Mykonos town is around 4 kilometres away, so this is a peaceful area, which was perfect for us!
One night we had a problem with the awful smell in our room but it was resolved in a few hours. Although the beach is very nice, it should be somehow improved, the sea is really nice and sadly a very few people swims in it - mostly people are on the pool.

Verified reviewThis is probably the best hotel we have ever spent the holiday in. The kids all loved this place so much. Very friendly staff and they always try to accommodate you. There was a mishap with the port pickup, but they more than made up by giving us a nice two bedroom unit with a swimming pool. The food in the hotel is very nice, view from the restaurants, café and the beach is mesmerising. The sunset view is incredible. The hotel provides a free shuttle to in the evening , that is really convenient I absolutely highly recommended this hotel.
