Reviews of Ramni House: Private Villa with pool by the Sea

The villa is super nice, we spent most of our stay enjoying the pool and terrace. It is a perfect place for a group of friends or a family to enjoy the exterior, beach, pool….

April 2025. We loved our stay at Ramini House. The expansive outside pool and seating areas ensure you can follow the sun or shade around all day and give you fabulous views at sunset; you also have access to the nice beach directly below the house. Although hired as one house, it is set up as though its three apartments with en-suite toilets and kitchens in each section which actually suited us and gave our older kids some individual space. The breakfast served outside each morning was lovely and we appreciated the host’s recommendations of nearby places to eat. A great location to explore the rest of the island too.

We really are being picky here as Ramini House was lovely; having stayed in many cheaper rentals over the years though, a few small additions would go a long way. The kitchens are lacking in the equipment department, we had no sharp knives, chopping boards, and only portable hobs (no oven), which made eating in a bit more creative! Agree with previous review regarding mounted shower heads. Also worth noting that the house is located next to a busy road and it can get noisy.

We appreciated the private pool and terrace views, very suitable for relaxation. The staff were excellent and had a responsive service during our stay.

The internet service was good but could be better in terms of speed.

Exceptional property. There is nothing that I didn't like. Worth the price. Host - Excellent and always available. Breakfast- Awesome and tasty with many options Location - Superb Room - View of the black sand beach. What else do you need.. Pool - pool with an outstanding view.. There is nothing I could ask more for. This place made my dream destination trip super awesome. Even the host who was super friendly allowed us to stay even after check out as there was no reservation for next day. We enjoyed our breakfast, pool everything....

Absolutely nothing

Pool, beach access, multiple shared areas for relaxing.

Is on the main road in/out of Oia and was noisy at times. It's also about 10 minutes drive from the main town/restaurants.

The place was beautiful and private. The breakfast was served poolside every morning with an amazing view of the ocean.

Nothing really to not like.

The property is a in an amazing location. The private pool and access to the beach is amazing! we enjoyed our morning breakfast everyday by the pool.

It would be nice if the shower heads could be mounted in n each bathroom.

Lack of cooking facilities so cooking evening meals is difficult, there is an bbq available but it was left dirty by previous guest, maid didn’t clean it so it was down to us to clean it and to go out buy charcoal etc for it which wasn’t mentioned in the description if the owners arrange for it to be cleaned between bookings and provide an start up kit to start your holiday off that would be far better then me buying bbq stuff and turning up to a dirty bbq area with no charcoal etc.
