It is a good 30-45 minute drive($50USD+) to Oia.

Huge room,comfortable bed,very strong air con(needed!),good wifi,comprehensive breakfast,one minute walk to lovely Kamari beach,front desk arranges taxis and transportation. I've heard it said that Kamari is the " economy side of Santorini"-yet this luxury designer hotel is at the top level of any European hotel.

The only downside was that there are not enough sunbeds around the pool, so some people will try to reserve one. The hotel tries to stop this, but it still happens. That can be a bit annoying if you wanna sleep in and go to the pool later, because there is no more space then.

We absolutely loved this hotel. Everybody is always so incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel feels super luxurious, breakfast is absolutely amazing, beds are more comfortable than my bed at home, pool is also perfect! Room was spotless. Just all in all a wonderful experience. Also there are lots of restaurants nearby, so lots of options to choose from! Usually we never visit the same place multiple times, but if we ever go to Santorini again, will definitely come back here!

To add is a great staff team who were ready to help and provide solutions to all the issues from leaving dinner in the room when you are late to providing check out rest room before the flight. We could feel the personal touch as every staff member seemed to know us!!

Everything, as it was my first time experiencing here at the hotel. I'll start when I first check in. The lady was very nice and warm welcoming her name was Xara, she always has a smile on her face. Offered me a free upgrade on my room with a jacuzzi. Was unexpected, but I loved it knowing I got given a better room than what I booked originally. All other staff are amazing, welcoming, smiles, and greeting. Nothing was too much for them. Housekeeper Maria is very nice and has a nice smile. Nothing was too much for her. She always helped out. Monica, the chef, made great food. Food was exceptional, warm welcoming, and smile on her face. Overall, my was fantastic, I will definitely stay again and highly recommend others to stay here. 5 ⭐️s

The most amazing stay we could ask for, every little detail was accounted for. The breakfast was 11/10, so much variety and no hotel is going to live up to the selection, taste and just overall experience. Location in Kamari was superb and close to everything, we had the most amazing time and we couldn't speak highly enough of it. The staff were so welcoming and warm to us throughout the stay, constantly going above and beyond for us. My only negative is the pillows were a little too soft which sums up our whole trip if thats the only thing I can find wrong.

Just a little warning: it’s very close to the airport so you see planes very close all the time but the sound didn’t bother us at all!

This is such a magnificent place and the staff is outstanding. They really make their outmost best to make your stay the best they can! Pools outside are well heated so even if a bit colder weather you can enjoy them perfectly. Breakfast is great, a lot of choice.

The restaurant was difficult to book. However the resort has loads of choices within a 5 minute walk. The pool loungers get filled up very early. Bar is overpriced considering how well priced most local restaurants were.

The staff were helpful and very friendly, the perfect amount of customer service. The room we stayed in was fabulous, spacious and very comfortable. Great breakfast, plenty of choice, fresh and delicious. Lovely pool and fitness facilities. Great location to explore the island from and away from the busy port side of the island Loads of local restaurants to enjoy.

If I had to find a negative, we were there right at the end of their season and they had run out of some wines on their wine list…..minor issue as they always had an alternative ☺️

There is nothing to fault. It was beautifully clean, the staff were wonderfully attentive at the right level. It was comfortable, had everything we needed, including smaller details like hair straighteners in the room, full toiletries and even an umbrella should it have been needed….but thankfully not! The food was excellent and fresh.

If you push me I'd say maybe some of the tourist info we got from one of the front desk. She didn't about the donkey rides in Fira but you are really making me dig for something.

Great location for much needed down time. Room was good. Poolside was great. Breakfast was very good and the main shops and restaurants. We probably should have stayed another couple of days.

The hotel was just perfect!!! We were also super satisfied with the location, the nice staff, the service, the hotel's facilities, the amazing gym, the beautiful pools with the pampering sunbeds, the excellent and pampering breakfast, really everything was perfect! We were upgraded for our anniversary to a stunning villa room with all the necessary accessories.

Slow service at the main restaurant. We waited over an hour for our food for a birthday lunch. Coffees often took 15 minutes at breakfast.

Came back later after check out to ask about laptop charger that was left in the room and girl from reception said she would check the room. However all she did was check storage area in reception. Was notified 3 days later that charger was found but by then had purchased another and was back in Australia

Presidential suite was excellent. It was large clean and well appointed. The private pool and outdoor area was impressive
