A larger fridge would have been good, along with a clothes drier/airer to dry swimwear, towels etc, there was one set up in the communal area but the cleaner used that. It would be helpful if the rooms were named & it was more clear which pool, seating area was for each room. We were lucky in that the other guests staying at the same time as us were out when we were in but on the day we were leaving people arrived who were staying in the Cave room (which doesn't have a pool) & seated themselves by next doors pool. I can see that if this happens it could create issues

The location was great and the views are amazing from the pool where you can watch the sunset. We stayed in the Prestige Suite which was a really good size with 2 superking size beds, 2 toilets & 2 showers. Communication was good from the accommodation. It is only a short walk down to the village of Pyrgos where you will find a few shops & tavernas, also where you can catch the bus to Fira & Perissa

Maybe the hotel should have some maintenance, and they should help to bring suitcase to hotel, it's quite hard way to bring heavy bags in there, and the communication not always easy with the staff not in the hotel.

Lacked amenities (no teabags, hair-dryer). Had 2 bathrooms but only 1 soap. Wine glasses were a nice touch... a small bottle of locL wine would have added a special touch given we had late arrival. The spa had an issue and we messaged at 10pm at night and followed up on again on this at 230pm the following day. Lack of response was disappointing. The use of "private" pool is incorrect. Moreso its an exclusive pool but backs onto the neighbours pool. These are minor things and would not deter from recommending. Moreso feedback to allow property to improve in small areas.

Loved staying in Pyrgos and meandering through the village was a highlight! Highly recommend this area. We had so much space on our accom. Bed really comfy!

Last minute changes to what I have booked, doesn't look anything like an old winery that l booked. They claimed that winery was under going renovations. Booking.com need to investigate. Misleading

AMAZING VIEWS - MARIOS (OPERATIONAL MANAGER) WAS EXTREMELY KIND AND WILLING TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT SORTING THINGS OUT. A bit of walking to get access but the view from inside the hot tub and pool pays you back.

The room is a bit small if you have big luggage’s, moreover the Pyrgos place has no reception (and that’s something we didn’t know, so it was a bit difficult to reach the place -we didn’t receive proper informations immediately-)

The exterior tub is amazing, totally worth it. Especially if you book the last room, there is more privacy. Coffe and water is included and that’s very nice. Location is perfect, far from the crazy oia but still in a very very nice village, you can look at the sunrise from the terrace

There’s mold everywhere. Rooms smells like humidity, there’s an intense beep noise that won’t let sleep. Toilet smells extremely strong.

Hot tub, didn't even have water inside and didn't work. We arrived and no electricity and not warm water. To arrive its really hard with the luggage and I had a carry on, so I could imagine with a bigger luggage.

Everything was wonderful! Check-in was easy, and we were even allowed to check in early. Thank you so much for that! The place was clean, and we really appreciated the daily housekeeping. And the sunsets absolutely stunning! We enjoyed the breathtaking views of Santorini every evening.

We didn’t get clean towels or the room cleaned until I messaged to ask. Then we got clean bath towels but the pool towels were taken away. We also had ants in the room and the taxi booked for our return journey to the airport didn’t turn up.

The room was small but had everything we needed. The plunge pool was nice and it was secluded with a fantastic view.

Excellent location within the Pyrgos village with mesmerizing views of the sunset and the whole island. The property is an old winery transformed into a unique accommodation with attention to detail. The host Yannis couldn’t be more helpful. He made our stay unforgettable. We highly recommend!!!

1st one Flooded hot tub 2nd and 3rd uncomfortable bed and pillow.

2nd and 3rd property was alright as they made us changed 3 properties during 7 days holiday. Bed and pillow was very uncomfortable, not hotel grade. 1st was flooded Hot Tub, we had to soak up water from floor after hot tub flooded the room.

The room smelled really damp, there was only one window which we couldn’t keep open as the cats would come into the room during the night. Flies everywhere. My partner and I woke up with a swollen eye the next day. It was not the best experience.

It was well located. The personnel were friendly.
