The hotel is just next to a nice beach. It is also relatively close to the center of Laganas town. The food tastes good. The distance from the airport is very acceptable.

The rooms are basic. There is no any wardrobe. Only one key available. The selection of food is rather limited. The space int he restaurant does not allow easy place.

As per my first review the food is good. The location is good.

Had a problem with the key card for the door. Was given a physical key. Of which I couldn't work as the barrels are different to the uk. I also have thumbs with calcified joints so I struggle with things that are tricky Reception staff. A mid aged woman came to assist and really belittled me. Then tutted for wasting her time Throughout the day the same woman kept giving me not very nice looks or my kids. Maybe because she thought I was a difficult single mum of which im not just not travelling with my husband. But as someone who works as a quality director in hospitality this woman is the first person you approach when checking in and with any problems and tbh it tainted my previous stay completely.

I liked being right by the sea.

We were surprised that there were an insane number of young people. It was a mess. The pool was crowded compared to the number of people, there was no space. The food didn't change much.

+ food good lots of choice, close to the beach, in the centre of town, large choice of drinks, good price

- small rooms, staff never smiling, little animation, waiter went crazy in front of guests and threw the bottle on the floor, not enough sun loungers, all taken at 8am.

Entertainment was gd everything else was really gd staff were amazing

There was no double bed we got 2 single beds one next to each other

The rooms were basic but comfortable, the food was decent and a good variety. the bartenders were fast and friendly, and the staff works incredibly hard. There are many feral cats around the property who were friendly and would eat from your hand if you offered them food. I fed them all every day, including buying cat food from the local shop. It was a highlight to feed them and see others doing the same. The pool was nice. There are plenty of sun shades.

No shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom. There’s a lovely rooftop sitting area overlooking the pool but it was closed during the day, had no shade, and you couldn’t bring drinks when it was open. Not a good use of space. Breakfast staff were sometimes a bit rude about feeding the cats. The sun loungers around the pool are old and uncomfortable. The beach loungers cost €20 each per day, which is daylight robbery ( though the sign said that’s a government tax).

Easy to get to from the airport. At the quieter end of the beach with food and drink available all day. We loved the new seating area on the rooftop open in the evenings. The sea was full of turtles and the walk across the bay east was amazing at sunrise and sunset

Great for sunbathing at the pool and beach but not much else to do

Location is good right on the beach. Food was lovely. Staff are very hard working.

Noise from bar next door. Constant music. Restaurant was very busy but staff were very good at clearing the tables quickly and replenishing the dishes fast.

Very good food, nice rooms after renovation, all the staff is really kind and ready to help. I think this is the best place in this location!
