We had a wonderful stay at Pavlos Studios. The place was clean, comfortable and perfectly located near the Main Street , groceries and next to the hotel there is vehicles for rent. The hosts were very polite and friendly- they even allowed us to stay until 14:00pm on the day of our departure although the check out is at 11:00am. This made our travel day even easier. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a warm welcome and great hospitality. The view from our room balcony was spectacular.

We recommend this accommodation to anyone who is going to visit Zakynthos. Friendly owner and staff. The surroundings are full of trees and bushes by which you can enjoy your coffee on the terrace in the morning. The sea, shops and restaurants are just a few meters from the apartment.

The mosquitos were killing me every night, so prepare your spray to keep them away.

It’s a very nice place for a vacation in Zakynthos, Laganas, you can even get a sea view from some rooms (if not from all). The location is easy to find and close to multiple beaches, including the cameo island. As they are a studio building they don’t have a reception but the host’s phone number is displayed all over in the front yard and also in the room. The rooms look exactly like in the pictures and are clean and tidy with all the facilities that you need. The internet and AC are working great. The host is a very nice person that will help you with anything you may need or with every problem that you have. They also have a big front yard where you can park and a rental shop just next door if you want to rent a vehicle. You can find restaurants, bars, supermarkets, beaches within a walkable distance.

bathroom flooded a lot! shower curtain went across to include toilet which meant water went all over the floor and the shower head was pointed so that if you weren’t directly under it at all times the water just went directly on the floor. They did leave a mop in the bathroom.. I soon understood why.

Exactly as described. Everything explained clearly. easy walking distance of the beach and strip. The cleaners were efficient and very friendly. Sweet small touch’s bottles of water in the fridge on arrival and a pot with biscuits and tea and coffee. Room was a nice size and a beautiful view from the balcony. Would definitely return.

Because of curtains of the shower you should take a shower very carefully, otherwise water can leak on the flour.

Hosts are incredible, they are always smiling, kind and helpful. They really care about their guests. We were allowed to stay an extra day for free because of our very late flight. They waited with us for taxi to be sure if it will come in time. The room was really clean. The place was near the Beach, supermarkets and restaurants. Though there was quite quiet and good for sleeping. The beds and pillows were comfortable.

The air-con is locked for 25deg. C and on warm nights, it can get stuffy. Would be nice if the aircon temperature is adjustable as per individual preference.

We stayed here for 4 nights, and everything was great. The host was waiting for us when we arrived, showed us everything and we could start our vacation. The place was spotless, we also had a room with a sea view! Everything is like in pictures. They also cleaned our room during our stay, the cleaning lady was very kind and nice to us. We did not cook or anything but as we saw the kitchen had basic equipment. There was a coffee machine and a kettle as well. It has also a nice garden. Overall we liked here and would stay here again.

Unfortunately, we were not big fans of the area (Laganas). The clubs and tourists were very loud, the beach wasn't the nicest even though it was close. Using the balcony was sometimes unpleasant since the area was quite noisy. Even though the room had a kitchen, it wasn't really well equipped and made cooking at home difficult. The bathroom was nice and renovated, but there was no door/curtain on the shower, so the whole bathroom was drowning in water after showering.

The room was very clean, freshly renovated. You could have your room cleaned every 2 days, which was great, they really payed great attention to leaving everything like in a hotel. It was nice to have our own balcony and air conditioning. It was very easy to communicate with Nikos, the host, he always replied within minutes.
