Vicky was amazing! She was very accommodating and made us feel like family. She gave us great recommendations for restaurants and villages to explore. The room itself was amazing. Looks exactly like how it is shown in photographs. The heated pool on the terrace was fantastic. The view was incredible. We had a rental car but its not necessary. The location is great. Right outside and easily walkable to akrotiri village. There's a bus stop, coffee shop, and market next to the villa. Akrotiri is a smaller, quieter village on the southern end of the island.

Honestly nothing. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

View was great and room was clean. The stay was much better due to the help and service received from Vicky. She was very polite, professional and ensured every single need was met. She would respond to any issues or enquiries via WhatsApp almost instantly and even out of ours. I needed help to figure out how the Sauna works even though she had already explained beforehand and she came to my hotel room almost instantly to show me. I needed room service at a specific time and she accommodated this too. I needed an iron and iron board and she also helped with this. On the last day of our stay, our check out was at 11am and our breakfast is usually delivered at 10:30am, she mentioned this to me and made it so the breakfast was delivered earlier at 8:30 so that we had enough time to eat and have our breakfast before leaving. Any questions I had about any services she responded to promptly. The room was always nice and clean with an amazing view and a heated pool. She showed us how everything works and made us feel comfortable. It was literally like having a friend nearby to help us with any issues on the go and it made me and my partner feel a lot more comfortable and reassured staying there. We stayed at Neptune Luxury Suites in Akrotiri for one night. The property itself is beautiful, we loved the pool with jacuzzi and the relaxing hammam. Our suite was huge, bright, and very clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was served in the room, which was a nice touch, but the portion seemed more suitable for one person: just two eggs, a small piece of sausage, and some fruit. There was also muesli, but we usually don’t eat it. For two guests, I’d recommend at least 3–4 eggs to make it more satisfying.

Unfortunately, our morning was spoiled by a serious privacy issue. Around 7–8 AM, while we were still asleep, a staff member began cleaning the outside windows and terrace right next to our room. The curtains were thin, so everything inside was visible, and I woke up to see someone moving outside just a meter away from me. I was unclothed at the time, which made the situation extremely uncomfortable. Even after my husband asked what he was doing, the staff member replied “just a minute” and continued. If we had been warned this could happen, I would have made sure to close shutters or wear pajamas. The hotel has wonderful facilities, but privacy protocols need serious improvement to make the stay truly relaxing for guests.

What many enjoyed is the peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxation, as well as the proximity to local attractions like the archaeological site of Akrotiri.

Very nice located in a calm area with a good view. Excellent service. The only thing was that the bedsheets and towels had some marks on them from time to time even after they were washed. other than that. Perfect!

The best accommodation we could have chosen. Beautiful, clean! and fragrant accommodation in a perfect quiet location without people. Opposite the accommodation there is a shop and an ATM. The hosts were very nice and helpful, they helped us arrange a rental car for the car we wanted, a Fiat 500 cabrio, which was delivered directly to the accommodation within half an hour of ordering and even matched the accommodation, which was amazing. You will appreciate the large parking lot in front of the accommodation, it is not a given elsewhere. The hosts arranged a wonderful birthday for my husband, in the morning with breakfast they brought a birthday cake with a candle and a balloon, and they even sang happy birthday to him, the surprise really came out.😃 I recommend this accommodation with all 10 fingers, it is close to everything, and the location is worth it. The hosts also booked dinner for us at the Edge restaurant, which was a great choice and we experienced a beautiful sunset on the cliff and delicious food there, it was 5 minutes from the accommodation. Then we were also accommodated in typical white houses on the Caldera with a view, which actually does not allow privacy because in front of the houses and pools there are tourists walking and looking at you, they are not clean locations at all, unfortunately even if you choose luxury accommodation, we liked it much more here. Next time I would choose this accommodation for the entire stay. Thank you very much for everything, this is what it looks like when it is done on a level and as it should be!

Location was superb for peace and quiet. It only takes 40 mins to get from one end of the island to the other. Neptune Luxury Suites has the most excellent views and it is within a 5 minute walk of delicious restaurants and a quaint town. This accommodation has stunning views. You are a 10 minute drive from the lighthouse, which hosts the most amazing view of the island and of the sunset. Breakfast was brought in every morning, it was delicious, you could not want more. On arrival we were met with all details of the island, excursions and transport options. We immediately booked a cruise through Neptune Luxury Suites. The staff were on hand for all our needs. Vicky, Ilias and Silva made our stay so special. Vicky gave us great recommendations for beautiful beaches and restaurants so be sure to ask. We arrived late on night 1 and we had a beautiful meal in-house on our patio overlooking the Caldera, thanks to Ilias. It was our most relaxing and adventurous holiday to date. The location, view and quality of the property were all brilliant. Our host Vicky made the stay even more fab - she made our stay very comfortable and was so friendly and kind. Gorgeous location away from the touristy areas made this perfect for me and my partner to have a relaxing stay. Would definitely recommend this place!

The room has perfect view in Santorini, all the island and volcano are right in front of us. They serve breakfast near the private pool, it’s the best stay and experience during our holiday in Greece! My sister and I enjoyed a lot here, room is spacious and cute design, everything is clear and well equipped. Also staff are super nice and Vicky gave us a lot of good recommendations. We will definitely pick here again if we visit again

The rooms are tiny and really badly designed. WC is in front of your bed with no real door. This is a hotel for people who never travelled abroad and have very very low expectations. There's zero privacy. You can find a 100 hotels at Santorini with the same quality and 50% cheaper. And you can find at least twenty that has much better quality for the same price.

My partner and I recently stayed at Neptune Luxury Suites in Santorini, and it was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we arrived, the service was top-tier. Viki at reception truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Her warmth and attention to detail made us feel incredibly welcome. We also had the pleasure of briefly meeting Georgina, who was just as lovely and accommodating. The suites themselves are absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views and top-notch facilities. Conveniently, they also offer on-site parking, which made getting around the island a breeze. There are plenty of lovely restaurants nearby, and we especially enjoyed dining at The Edge and Theofanis. Theofanis is a great spot that offers delicious halal options. Everything about Neptune Luxury Suites exudes luxury and tranquility. We would return to Santorini solely to stay here again. Highly recommend this place for anyone seeking an unforgettable experience!

Vicky was an excellent host who made sure we were very well looked after. Our view was exceptional, looking out to the volcano in the bay and the ray of the island. The breakfasts were a SUPER start to the day, a delicious feast that we looked forward to each morning. We had some brilliant recommendations and suggestions from Vicky and the team which made our trip even better than it would have been.
