We left absolutely delighted with Nastram Suites. Everything was perfect — the hotel, the surroundings, and the staff. We’re truly grateful because Raphael was incredibly helpful at all times — such an attentive and genuinely professional person. We wish everyone were like him! He gave us tips, recommendations about the island, and helped us with everything. Thank you so much! You made us feel right at home!

Excellent stay! The hotel staff were very welcoming and took great care of us. They responded very quickly to all our requests. Communication was really fluid. The jaccuzzi was perfect, the only heated jaccuzzi on the island. We highly recommend this hotel! Many thanks for everything.

Everything was great.

A nice quiet stay a little out of town. I had a rental car so getting around was easy. The property is fairly new and has a great layout with coffee and snacks. I enjoyed the small hot tub. My host Raphael was fabulous and had great communication leading up to as well as during my stay. He set up a lovely excursion and made it easy to get around the island with his suggestions of where to go.

The property is very modern and clean, it looks better in person. It comes with simple breakfast of bread, juice, tea & coffee everyday. Moreover there's a full equipped kitchen. It's also located in a quiet place but only 10 minutes walk from the centre of Oia. The manager Raphael goes all out to make sure you have a great stay. He recommended activities and spots to take the scenic pictures. We loved the jacuzzi and the sunset from the balcony was so good. We generally enjoyed the stay. Highly recommend.

The construction nearby was not pretty, but progress for the town is always good.

The location, the hot tub, Raphael, literally everything was 100/10! It was so convenient to be so close to the center of Oia and yet feel secluded and have privacy. The view of the sunset from the hot tub was stellar.

Nastram Suites was amazing. We have traveled a lot and this place was the most amazing apartment we have ever stayed in. First of all, Raphael, the manager, meets you when you arrive and helps you with anything you need. He is there to answer any question. He was incredible. The apartment has everything you need, from the kitchen supplies to toiletry supplies. The apartment is so clean plus they clean everyday of your stay and change the towels and sheets every other day. The jacuzzi on the patio is fabulous. They change the water between guests and clean it so you know it's clean. It's like staying in a 5 star hotel. Watching the sunset from the jacuzzi was the best. The suites are a 10 minute walk up to Oia center. We liked it because it was so close but also gave us privacy and quiet. If you stay in Oia center you are right on top of everyone. There is no privacy. I already recommended the place to friends and family.

Everything was perfect.

The accomodation was excelent, well equiped, spotless, easy to reach on foot (only 15 minutes away from the main square of Oia). Rafail took very good care of us. He was responsive, let us check in a lot earlier, he was very helpful and friendly. Although the breakfast wasn't include in it, we got a breakfast pack (water, coffe capsules, marmelade, honey, store-bread). He made our stay in Oia unforgettable. Thank you Rafail. We highly recommend this place.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The place is very clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable and relaxing experience. My room had a stunning view of the sea and sunset — absolutely breathtaking and the highlight of my evenings. It’s about a 15-minute walk to Oia town, where you’ll find a charming walking street full of shops and restaurants. The hotel staff were also incredibly helpful; they assisted us in booking a volcano tour, which turned out to be a fantastic experience. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Santorini!

Nothing- everything was great.

The property is in a quiet location just outside of Oia centre. The host, Raphael was amazing and so welcoming and helpful. Not only did he recommend the best places to eat in Oia, he was always happy to chat about pretty much anything- couldn’t have asked for anyone better! We had a lovely view out onto the Oia sunset and even saw (and heard) donkeys in the near distance.

The staff were exceptionally helpful. The room was well equipped (hotplate, small fridge, cups/plates etc), relatively new with a nice view. Pleased with mosquito screens on all the windows meaning we could enjoy the lovely breeze instead of aircon. Oia is a zoo, so being a short (albeit upward) walk from the town was a real bonus. The apartments are in a more 'locals' residential areas meaning they are quiet and the parking was really easy. Great cafe/restaurant very close for breakfast. Suggestion: if you are driving, contact the apartments in advance for details of where to go or when you get closer to Oia. Do not try to drive into Oia first! The apartments have no road frontage so Google maps might get completely lost. Parking is a short walk away - we received lots of help with luggage transfer.

Everything was perfect! The suite is spacious and beautifully designed, offering the best view of the sunset away from the crowds. It’s peaceful and quiet, yet conveniently located—just a 10-minute walk from the Three Domes. Raphael was an exceptional host! He was always available with great recommendations and helped us book the best restaurants and activities, making our stay even more memorable. If you're looking for an incredible place to stay in Santorini, Nastram Suites is the one—absolutely no second thoughts! We would definitely stay here again!

The host, Rafail, is very kind and he’s always at your disposal. You can ask him whatever you need, he’s ready to help you. He suggested us some good restaurants where to eat and the activities to do depending on the weather and the wind. The room is very nice and the location is perfect, less than 10 minutes walking from Oia centre. I strongly recommend this accommodation.

Great location with a little walk up a hill to all the main sights to see in the area. Raphael the host was one of the most welcoming people I have ever had during a stay in all my abroad travels. He provided a lovely introduction to the stay and the overall facilities. We were provided various details on how to go about things within our timeframe and he was readily available for all our questions via whatsapp, which we utilized. The room was nice and the view was good enough for what we paid. Hot tub was nice and the cherry on top was a friendly stray cat who was lingering around the outside of the property, bring treats. This is a great value for our stay in Oia and we were very pleased with our stay!

Unbelievable service from Rafail. He was so thoughtful and obliging. Appreciated the cleanliness. Great restaurant recommendations and bookings. Really enjoyed Roka. Seamless transition from ferry and then back to airport. Thank you Rafail. Lots of memories made!

The location was far from the main part of Oia. Walking up the hill to Oia everyday was very difficult.

The room was very modern and was cleaned everyday. We liked the door/window set up to have 3 different uses for the windows.
