Great apartments with a very kind hostess Adriana, who asked us about all the details about the island. The apartments are very clean, bath and beach towels are changed every day. The beach is about 50m from the house and it is very easy to access it, you feel as if it is part of the yard :) Kudos for the homely details in the apartment and the yard! Definitely highly recommended! We will definitely be back!:)

I had a truly wonderful stay at this property! The host was incredibly welcoming, kind, and helpful throughout my visit. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. This place is just a gift. It’s a bit away from the busy and somewhat overcrowded part of the town which makes it absolutely special. You are like in a serene retreat, at the same time having all the facilities of a nice resort place within a short walking distance. To my mind, it is simply the best place in Kamari. Apartments have its own private and very cute path to the nice beach with picturesque sunrises. The house inside was cozy and stylish including the terrace with a breath-taking view overlooking the sea and a beautiful garden. The place is quite close to the airport but not too close in a way it might bother. Very convenient logistically. Ancient Thira is just up the hill, you can hike there or take a taxi. It is also close to the modern Thira city (~15 min on the bus) and from there you can get wherever to discover the island. So being located in Kamari was just perfect for me. Communication with Adriana was always the best, she even was so kind to drop my friend and I to the airport. WiFi was also good as I made some working calls. I highly recommend it!

No pool - but that wasn’t an issue. We knew this when we booked. Everything else out weighed this.

The communication with the family was good from the off The WiFi never missed a beat despite two of us working on line. View fabulous. Hospitality fabulous - wine and water in the fridge. Couldn’t do enough to make it comfortable.

We loved that it was at the end of town so it was really quiet. It was a 10 minute walk to the town square and the bus station. Delicious little bakery was just 5 minutes walk. The lovely black pebbled beach is just down the hill. The hosts were friendly and very helpful. We would certainly stay here again if we return to Santorini.

To be honest it was all lovely. Really well set up apartment. There was nothing we didn't like.

It was really lovely, beautiful view, lovely sound of the sea, relaxing,peaceful. Easy to access beach , restaurant and the cinema. Our hosts were really helpful and couldn't have been kinder or more thoughtful. Offered us lifts into fira and organises a transfer for us. In the apartment you could sit outside in the sun or in the shade. We had a fabulous time and would love to come back

Spent 4 wonderful nights in our clean,comfortable well equipped studio. Excellent communication with Adriana pre visit and a very friendly welcome awaited us with all the information and tips on things to do best restaurants etc.The location is exceptional as it’s quiet but only 5 minutes walk into Kamari but also as private access to the beach and a wonderful sunrise also.We thank our hosts for our stay and also Jannis for been kind enough to drive us to Fira on our departure..would definitely rebook if we return to Kamari.

perfect little spot in Kamari.The room has everything you need including private access to Kamara beach which is quiet and beautiful. Kamari is the perfect low key spot in Santorini amd we wwre glad we made the choice to stay there. It is very easy to travel to all the other destinations in a short period of time. Adriana was very friendly and helpful, she came by every couple of days to clean the place and also set up our airport transfers and car rental, so that was a breeze. we highly recommend and hope to return soon!

We had a beautiful and great terrace. It would be interesting if there was a sun umbrella. ( against the low sun in the morning )

The house is beautiful and nice decorated. Very clean room. There is a private passage to the beach. Quiet location but very close to the beach and restaurants. Adriana is a great host, attentive and always helpful. Even more, Adriana works too hard ! She deserves a little vacation.

Moschatos Beach House is truly a 10/10 destination for a relaxing getaway. Located just steps away from the beach, with a private path leading to the serene Kamari Beach, it's the perfect spot to catch breathtaking sunrises. The apartment we stayed in was incredibly spacious and fully equipped for an extended stay. We didn’t lack anything—from a coffee machine with capsules to a stocked fridge, iron, ironing board, and more. Everything was spotless and beautifully decorated, creating a cozy atmosphere. Adriana's hospitality was exceptional and went beyond our expectations. She provided beach towels, helped arrange transportation to Fira and the airport, and was always available to assist with any requests. Her recommendations for local restaurants and tavernas were spot on. We highly recommend Moschatos Beach House for both short and long stays. You won’t be disappointed
