the only unfortunate was that our room was 2 floors below reception/entrance and there was no elevator so moving about our baby stroller was difficult if only there was an ev charging station.. parking is there and it's spacious

Beautiful location and resort. Even if some place in the resort are outdated it is well maintained. Some rooms are beautiful and some rooms needs a lot of improvement.

With the size of the place, it can feel a little impersonal. The interior is slightly dated and lacks atmosphere. Having to take the steps/elevator to our room and the different levels of the hotel.

The location of the hotel is great. It's just outside of the town with a lovely pebble beach and some other nice swimming spots at your doorstep. The staff at the hotel were friendly and the place was clean. Having 3 swimming pools available was nice.

For a two year old child there was no appropriate pool. The playhouse for the children was untidy and unclean. Our apartman was quite far from the reception and from the beach.

Food was exellent and the staff was very friendly. Lots of family with children. The See and thee beach were very nice.

Many swimming pools, great views, best breakfast I had in a geek hotel. Really impressed by the breakfast - making pancakes, omelette and crepes right in front of you shows commitment on going above and beyond.

The only negative I have to say was the gym facilities were not great. However, it was nice to have an excuse to have a week off from exercise!

The photos do not do this place justice. Our stay was exceptional and both the hotel and the staff were wonderful. Food was decent at the buffet restaurant and drinks were inexpensive.

Nothing to dislike. It is a comfortable place to stay and we will return in September.

A large but well designed complex. Car parking was not easy but staff were on hand to guide to a suitable space and then use a buggy to take us to our room. We were kindly upgraded to a mini-suite which was comfortable if a little spartan. The evening and breakfast buffets were excellent and overall our stay was excellent value for money.

Some of the staff at the reception and the restaurant had a rude attitude, and some of the events or services were overpriced for their quality. The selection for all inclusive snacks was below par.

The breakfast had good options, however it was pretty much the same every day. The location and views were magnificent. Hotel is close to the centre and there were plenty of activities available nearby. The manager had prompt attitude for solving the room type mix up on check in, which we appreciated a lot as we were on our honeymoon. Thanks to her we got the room we booked and enjoyed a lot.

The spa was over priced for the service and the heated pool that you have to pay for was barely room temperature.

The location and hotel staff were great. The property was a short walk away from the nearest town.

35 euro dinner buffet. I don't over eat, I could NEVER get that much value out of a buffet. For that cost, I could get a great steak or seafood meal ANYWHERE in A. Nico 20 minute walk away.

Plenty of selection. Good vegetables and fruit. Everything fried was done so in safflower oil - basically poison to the human body. I just wanted a healthy omelet, nope.

The hotel is located a 30 minutes walk from town and taxis are not readily available.
