A wonderful place to stay, excellent value for money, great location and great taverna serving delicious food. The owners are lovely and our time from start to finish was brilliant. There are some incredible walks in the area and stunning beaches.

It was a beautiful place and not far from the beach a few steps and the hotel owner and the staff in the restaurant and hotel were wonderful and I felt like I was with my family and the food was wonderful and I will go again

The accommodation is very near the beach. Sun loungers and parasols are free.

Mosquitoes are very small and do not buzz.

Very nice and clean room, right on the beach. The restaurant is downstairs and has excellent fresh food. The owner and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. Great experience, I recommend it!

I felt comfortable and safe while staying in Minoa sea rooms. They really wanted me to stay comfortable and checked every time. Kiriakos always took care of some small problems calmly. Even though Tsoutsouros was not easy to reach without a car(I took a taxi from Arkalochori. Kiriakos makes an appointment for customer.), it was worth it. Most of all, Tsoutsouros was remarkable place. I miss the peaceful beach.

Kyriakos was the best host so far on all of my trips so far! He was very helpful, helped me a lot during my stay, and all I can say, thank you my brother! Location of the apartment was great, and the food in the restaurant which is part of the accommodation, was great also! All recommendations for this accommodation.

Perfect location! Wonderful view!

Kiriakos was an exceptional host. He organized two taxis for us and welcomed us with free wine and appies. The apartment was very comfy and right on the ocean! We enjoyed a delicious fresh fish dinner at a very reasonable price. A true gem !

No buses go into or out of Tstourous but that is actually part of the charm. Settle in by the sea with a glass of wine and enjoy the slow peaceful vibes.

If you are looking for a place to relax, without the craziness and the noise of big cities, then Tsoutsouros is the perfect place for this. The room was big enough, clean with view to the seaside. Kiriakos was more than helpful and always willing to assist. The food was very good same as the weather. I was amazed by how quiet the place was and there were mornings when there was no one on the beach. If you are looking for something rustic, Minoa sea rooms is the perfect place

I would recommend a bit more attention to details when it comes to the rooms. Otherwise, everything else was what I was looking for.

We payed for 30mp and we got 12mp We payed for kicinette, we had no kitchonette 2 small pcs of soap for 6 days 5 persons. The location is very very noissy, even for adults... I dont recomand ot at alll

Everything was far above expectations

Nice picturesque town on the edge of the sea. At the back of the village, very close to the houses, there is a beautiful gorge. Two beautiful wild beaches within a 10 km radius. And two less beautiful black beaches located very close to the facility. One to the right about 200 m sandy, Rocky. The second left about 300 m, mostly Rocky.

The only thing that I would rate negatively is the poor air conditioning. I was there at the end of May, but I can't imagine being there around the end of June, July or August. It is very likely that in my room the air conditioning was weak, but I had a view of the calm sea..

Everything was great. Beautiful view of the sea from our room, delicious food in the tavern which belongs to the accommodation and very friendly and kind people there. Great and quite calm place to rest a bit.

Really friendly and easy going staff. Lovely no frills room with a great sea view. Air con worked fine. Excellent Wi fi. Location was quiet at end of the season. Great spot.

Fridge a bit noisy.

From the first moment the owners/staff were very friendly and attentive. Room had balcony with sea/harbour view. The property had great restaurant with fresh seafood and other options available and with seating even on the beach. Breakfast options were great and didn't break a bank. There was a mini market or two in the village and many more small restaurants/cafes.

Minoa Sea rooms is a beautiful and budget friendly hotel with stunning views of the Lybian Sea. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The hotel is located close to the child safe beach, making it a great place to stay for a relaxing vacation. We would highly recommend Hotel Minoa Sea rooms to anyone looking for a great place to stay in south of Crete especially in low season because when everywhere on island is storm and is raining 24/7 here you not see even a cloud! Also must mention Kiriakos who runs hotel and best taverna in closet area or even in all island! He always took care for us in mornings when we drove back after hard nights out partying and healed us with cold beer, café frappe and snacks! In taverna what is located on ground floor is totally best food possible! Everyone should have a chance to try it.

I can’t complain on anything if I have paid price close to 30€ per day for private room for 4 persons with air conditioning and private bathroom and fridge.

It is a special place, clean, all facilities, very friendly staff always ready to offer you all the comfort. Excellent accommodation. The food is excellent and the service impeccable at Minoa Sea tavern. The location is excellent near the beach, supermarket, seafront, everything you want for a quiet holiday. I recommend.

The most friendly hotel we have ever been. Rooms really clean, very cute inventory, very nice place to be more than two days, next time we will stay here for a week. Thank you very much for your hospitality. Have a good time, we come back next year.

You simply fall in love with this wonderful place, the excellent food, but especially with these wonderful people.
