Everything was perfect! Excellent value for money, staff were extremely nice! The owner is one of the warmest and nicest people I have had the pleasure of staying at. It was extremely clean, new and nice! The AC was also very reliable and actually worked as was supposed to. Pool was cleaned every single day. Location is also really nice: close to the center but far enough that it is quiet and one could chill on the terrace in the evening. Overall: perfect! 10/10

The parking is tough to find in the evening. You have to spend some minutes to find a spot.

The location was in a good place, near center. The pool was very clean and the staff is very welcoming. In the end they gave us a gift from the Hotel.

Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommend! I had a fantastic experience at this lovely small hotel. The location was perfect — right in the center but tucked away in a very quiet and peaceful area. The room was beautiful, spotless, and had everything we needed. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and we appreciated the little touches like the kettle and glasses. Housekeeping came daily and kept everything looking fresh and clean. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming, which made check-in smooth and pleasant. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Wish the walls were soundproof but the area was mostly peaceful.

Really nice stay at Vellum LL! The place was very clean and chill, with a nice pool to relax by. It’s located in a quiet area but still close to the beach, restaurants, and bars. The room had a great terrace and everything felt fresh and comfortable. Would definitely recommend! 👍

The only thing I didn’t like was that the shower and toilet were a bit old and might need updating. However, everything was clean and overall the experience was very good.

We had a great stay! The location was excellent – quiet, peaceful and easy to access. It was perfect for a relaxing break and everything we needed was close by. The beds were so cozy! A bonus point was that we could find parking right next to the hotel every day, which made our stay even more convenient. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a calm and easy to reach place to stay.

Everything was just amazing, room was perfect, the bathroom is biggest plus for me, as a girl, clean, enough space and we got all supplies that we needed. Perfect location literally everything is 1-2 min walking from hotel, beach is maybe like 5 min. Owner and his family are really nice. Pool was nice too, not too big but still good enough for swimming. We will definitely be back soon!

The property is located a short walk from the main area in Kallithea. It is also a short walk from the beach (maybe a little longer when walking back from the beach). The property has a pool which we used and an inflatable jacuzzi which we did not use. It seems that each room has a balcony but this is not confirmed. The rooms were very clean and the hotel staff were very friendly - thank you, Dina!

One thing I know Vellum Luxyry Living is place where you would go again.Everuthing was perfect.Location is amazing.the rooms are clean and always well organized and the hotel staff is always happy to help and give everything you ask for. It was even better than expected. The price was terrific. There were great restaurants within walking distance.Also the beach was very near.You will never regret going in place like this.Also I want to say thanks to Thanos who was always there for everything you need.

- Mattresses, please change the mattresses!! It was not comfortable sleeping in a spring mattress. If I had to go back next year in Kallithea, I would check if the hotel has changed the mattresses, in that case I would go here again. - Bathroom facilities like the shower and the sink tap was hard to control. They were old and a little rusty. But the mattresses need to be changed first 😁.

- The staff is very friendly and flexible, asked for some extra stuff never hesitated to help. - Very quiet place for a family. - Location is perfect for Kallithea. You are very near the beach and supermarket and the town, all walking distance. - It is very clean overall. I never used the pool but it seemed very clean and nice to spend the day if you have toddlers.

The service was really bad , WiFi was slow, but overall the rest was nice. The staff were really helpful

It was close to Masoutis and 10-15 minutes walk away from the center. The beds were comfortable, the terrace was big.
