Like most places in Santorini the roads leading to the property are rough. Also views from the pool on the ground floor are not as expansive as from units on the second floor as shrubbery blocks most views from the pool. But still a nice respite after all day sightseeing and climbing steep Santorinian grades

I didn't like that there wasn't anyone on the property to help us after 3pm if we needed it. I requested extra sheets after we arrived and they were unable to provide them because there weren't any employees on the property. The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable, although nice to look at.

Someone came to let us in, give us the keys and bring our luggage to the door, which was helpful as there were many stairs. The views were spectacular and the place was nicer in person than in the photos. I wish we could have stayed and relaxed there longer! I also liked that housekeeping came each day and kept the place spotless.

The pool is a little to deep. Its over 7ft which makes it a little difficult for someone who does not know to swim. For instance, my wife is 5.5" and she's does not know to swim. So, it because a little hard for her to use it.

The view was absolutely spectacular! Good Restaurants and convenient store were close by. Directly on the path between Fira and Oia. The owner went out of his way to make sure we had the best experience possible. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants a special Santorini holiday

We stayed for five days. We eat kosher and were able to cook on site. The place looks exactly like the pictures and even more amazing in reality. Every day they cleaned and arranged our room in an amazing way. It was simply amazing and worth every shekel. Many thanks to the amazing team who hosted us in an amazing way

The property is lovely, with a private swimming pool and beautiful views of the sunrise over the caldera. The rooms are big and spacious.

There’s nothing, I didn’t like about the property. The time of the season we went the pool wasn’t heated 😌, even with that what an amazing place.

The location, was amazing and the view was beautiful and breathtaking. It was very clean, the staff are very friendly, they know their stuff and the communication was excellent, very safe environment. The pictures on the site does not do the property any good justice, you need to see it with your own eyes and then you can talk. You wake up to a stunning sunrise in the morning and a beautiful sunset in the evening. Fira is just few minutes drive away what an incredible place, it’s worth every penny spent.

There is nothing I didn‘t like.

I loved the interior design and our terrace with amazing ocean views and a super nice pool. The staff is exceptionally friendly and supportive and I felt super comfortable. Breakfast was 10/10 and the cleaning staff is incredible, I‘ve never stayed at a cleaner place than Mardanza.

It takes a while for the strong residual smell of the floor cleaning product to air out, had the smell not been so strong, it would have been perfect.

The staff and the manager provided excellent services. The manager also made some dinner arrangements for us. The sunrise is unreal, I have not seen such pretty sunrise, for the 4 nights we stayed, we were lucky enough to have good weather and saw sunrise all 4 mornings. The breakfast was also tasty and affordable. The size of the room was huge for two people, we had a two bedroom rental for two people.

We loved it all. It’s with noting, as others have, that the main road is up a steep hill. We had a hire car so no problem for us. The elevated position does mean it can get breezy at times, but that’s just Santorini as a whole really.

The property is stunning, both inside and out. The pool is a great size and was lovely to cool off in and the space around the pool is generous with various seating options including a table and chairs, loungers and bean bags. The property inside is so spacious and the facilities top rate. No doors on the showers but the rooms are both doubles so I guess they assume you’re not needing too much privacy from your roomie!! The toilets have doors! The sunrise in the morning is a delight to wake up to and we had sun until late afternoon Then property is cleaned inside and out daily, which is lovely and the staff are very discrete. The property managers are contactable via WhatsApp and respond super quickly so that’s really useful too. We took advantage of the breakfast and food available a few times and it was all delicious. Our flight home was cancelled so we had to stay an extra night (yay), and the management was so helpful and arranged for us to stay in our villa another night without needing to move.
