Free breakfast on the roof Location - it was a 10 second walk from the beach and perissa itself is the best place to stay in Santorini imo. Really low key and relaxing compared with the bigger towns like Oia and Fira. There is a bus stop really close to this accommodation, just a 2 minute walk around the corner, and it's the last bus stop on the line so you don't have to worry about when to get off when arriving in perissa. And from here there's regular buses to the main bus station in Fira to get you all around the island. Bus to Fira was only a couple of €. Friendly Staff Comfortable Fridge Aircon Very clean Well run I would happily stay again, great value for money, simple and easy. Location really made it, so close to the beach and bus and boat to kamira.

My only problem was the noise. When it is windy, some noise is generated as the doors, and windows do not fit properly. Our balcony was open at a big parking place (the view of montains was nice otherwise), which was sometimes noisy during the nights (especially when a bus or a rubish truck arrived there).

The room and bathroom sizes was acceptable. They were clean and cleaned regulalry. The bad was comfortable. The beach, restaurents, shops, bus stop etc. are very close (less than 5 minutes walk), ideal location for a tourist. The breakfast was OK at the price level: coffee, egg, bread, jam, orange juice, buscuits, and a croissant.

The beds were pretty firm. They were quite generous with breakfast (included) but it was not food I prefer.

Locations is great for the beach and restaurants, and a fairly quiet area. The people running it were super helpful and made the trip much better. They got us to do a bunch of things I hadn't thought of that worked out great. There was a nice little balcony to hang your wet things on that got a lot of sun. You can also relax on the roof.

We had booked a beach location with breakfast provided. After we were upgraded to the villa breakfast was not provided. We had to drive into town every morning and eat at a restaurant. Not a huge deal but takes more time than we would have liked. The Villa had a nice kitchen but we didn’t want to cook or clean!

We had booked a room in town but we’re upgraded to a villa. They were beautiful with a gorgeous pool. It was mid October and the owner had already closed his beach locations. The Villas were far from the beach, restaurants, and town. Hadn’t planed on renting a car but had to due to the location. The host found us a great deal on a rental which was very convenient. The host and his wife were great and very helpful with information and help with booking activities.

This hotel was perfect! 1 min walking to the beach, our room was on the back side so we had shade in the morning, breakfast had an amazing view, but the best were Cristina and Rita who made us feel like family. The room was spotless clean, the girls were amazing and we should definitely choose this hotel again when we're back in Santorini because everything was perfect! Furthermore, Theo was great in helping us with everything we needed , especially we appreciated the early check-in

A TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT!! I'M SORRY BUT NEVER AGAIN. When we arrived at this place we were shocked, a place completely different from how it looked like on booking.com! This place is in an extreme need of a refurbishment!! Both the bedroom and bathroom look super old and ugly. Very unwelcoming :( The room attendant is also the receptionist and breakfast attendant. She cleaned our room very well so kudos to hear! But the management really should take action and start renovating that place!! We were also disappointed with the procedure and the poor options available for breakfast. We were told that we have to choose from what they have available on that day and they will bring it to us. Hence, we didn't have the option to get up ourselves and have more from what we wanted. We ended up having from this 'breakfast' only once and refused the rest of the mornings. It's a pity that we ended our holiday on a negative note. We were so unhappy with our room that we were making sure to keep ourselves occupied outside of it and we return only to get ready again and sleep.
