The host and her colleague Ally were so kind and helpful. We loved the little village location with the locals. It had everything you need to a high spec, alongside a fantastic pool and sunbathing area

Very clean overall. The villa looks just like in the photos. It’s true that the shower tap was broken and only the top one worked. Allie was very kind, although she startled us in the mornings as she came in directly. Everything else was 10/10.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this villa in Santorini. The villa was very spacious, perfectly clean and located in a peaceful and quiet area, ideal for relaxing. The parking area was 5 minutes away, which was very convenient. You can simply walk there from the villa and either take your rented quad or car, or catch a taxi to continue your trip. The owner was extremely kind and welcoming, and the staff was also incredibly nice. We personally got to know one staff member who was always so helpful, especially with our luggage, which we truly appreciated. We had some lovely conversations and immediately felt at home. The pool was fantastic, always warm even at night, and everything was very well maintained and clean. We can highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a calm and beautiful place to stay in Santorini.

Location was amazing. So many of the houses with dip pools in Santorini have no privacy at all especially in Oia. So we could venture into Oia which was only ten minute walk and then return to chill out. Valentini was the most amazing host. So generous and came and bought us some lovely bits such as pastries and sparkling wine and offered lots of suggestions. We got engaged in Santorini and are so grateful for such wonderful memories. The restaurants are really good in Finikia too. We were met in Finikia carpark where Allie met us and carried my case the whole way and did the same on return. He also came out every morning to check and clean the dip pool. The place is so well looked after. Thank you so much again

The Villa is beautiful, You have everything You need for a perfect stay and it is located in a quiet area. Valentini was the best. She arranged us a transfer, She gave us tips where to eat and what trip to do and especially She surprized us with a delicious profiterol cake and a bottle of wine for the birthday of my friend. We cannot thank You enough for the care You had for us. 🤗

It is really great. The house has a private hot pool and you can relax here. Everyday there is a break first and they will do the cleaning everyday.

The breakfast is not included but they bring it, which is a nice gesture. However, I think it doesn’t match the quality of the property. The sandwiches and croissants are cheap, eggs are overcooked. Maybe less choice but higher quanlity. Other than that, all is great. Maybe location is hard for people with mobility issues. Communication is good but might be more professional and more informative.

Great property. Amazing front garden. Huge back garden. Small jacuzzi pool is enjoyable. Tastefully designed and decorated. We weren’t expecting much from the location but we loved it. Helpful and prompt management. Bed is super comfortable, high quality shampoos. Highly recommended in general.

Amazing place, relaxing and outstanding view! The stuff was super nice. Attention to the details for each room of the property. Perfect outdoor lighting during the night time for an incredible refreshed bath with bubbles.

This is by far one of the best places we have ever stayed. The service was 5 star and Valentin was incredible. We chose this holiday to recharge and unwind but the beauty of the location was you could have both. Situated in a gorgeous quiet town 10min walk from the famous part of Oia, Finikia has a selection of incredible restaurants and everything you needed on your doorstep but you got to enjoy your own space and the quietness of the relaxing amazing villa. It had everything you needed and we had the most incredible stay.

location, quite far out. if you’ve any walking issues then it isn’t for you! surroundings of villa needs attention. insides of grounds immaculate, look over the garden wall it’s a dumping ground to any rubbish. a let down really! Breakfast could of been left on the courtyard doorsteps - not imposed on every morning to the host coming inside the property and chit chatting! felt a little imposed on.

I recently stayed at this wonderful accommodation and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed! The location was absolutely perfect - situated in a prime area with easy access to all the local hotspots. The breakfast served each morning was simply delicious. But what really stood out to me was how impeccably clean the entire property was - it was clear that the staff takes great pride in maintaining a high level of cleanliness and hygiene. Overall, I had an amazing experience and would highly recommend this booking to anyone looking for a fantastic stay!

A bit expensive, but it is the price for Oia!

- The listing title features “Oia,” but the property is located in Finikia, on the outskirts of Oia, and is about a 15-20 minute walk to Oia. Finikia has its own local charm but is a bit rough around the edges. - The listing photos make the place look much nicer than it actually is. When facing the ocean, the property looks directly into an abandoned lot filled with trash and debris, which really takes away from the romantic vibes that the photos convey. Also, while I’m sure the place was newly done a few years ago, it felt kind of weathered and used. It could use a fresh coat of paint and upgraded furniture. - The hot tub was lukewarm, not hot. When we asked the host to make it hotter, they had a staff member come by to change the temperature. But there was no change, the water was still lukewarm. This was a disappointment and deterred us from using the hot tub, which was one of the main selling points of the listing. - At some moments the host/staff felt a little imposing. We would have preferred to been left alone / have more privacy.

- Host was very responsive and helped arrange taxi transportation and also brought a cake and wine as a kind gesture - Host arranged for an assistant to bring our luggage to and from the property for us upon arrival, which was great because it was a bit of a walk from the drop off point - Outdoor lighting is well done and creates a nice ambiance at night - Extremely comfortable bed - Nice shower, great water pressure - Robe and slippers were a nice touch

It was a bit of trek to Oia, and having not been to the area before I though a villa might be a bit bigger - there wasn't really any space for our cases or to fully unpack our clothes. It was value for money for us because we were there at the last week of the season but I wouldn't have paid £400 a night which I think is the cost in high season.

Breakfast was ok - nice and touch that it was delivered but could be a bit of a better selection. The hosts were great and there to help with anything at any time. The small jet pool and outside area were great albeit a little overlooked.
