Very clean and spacious, had all the things we needed, lovely cats walking around that are very nice! The hostess was amazing, made us feel right at home and was so welcoming and lovely, helped us out a lot and shared good tips! The location was only 15 min walk from downtown and near restaurants and busstops. Definitely will be returning here when we come back to Mykonos.

The owner is very nice, she received with juice and water and provided information and map of Mykonos. The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. The apartment has a small kitchen, very useful to have if you need it.

The localisation is not very good. We walked 2 km to arrive to the old port, but the rods are narrow and do not have pavement.

They were cleaning our rooms every day and we also got clean towels. Location is little bit uphill so i would recommend renting a quad. We had big room with small kitchen and terrace. Extra points for hotel cats.

The room was recently renovated, everything looks new, and the interiors feel like a luxurious hotel. The property owner is incredibly kind, she gave us everything we needed, including towels and an umbrella for the beach.

The owners were very friendly, warm and helpful. They provided assistance from our arrival, including information regarding the City (places to visit, restaurants, food stores, getting around), beaches, etc. Even though the rooms are of a smaller size, the apartment layout was very efficient, comfortable, and suited our needs. We enjoyed our stay in this spotless clean and beautifully decorated, modern with the character apartment. We would stay there again and strongly recommend Kavaki Studio. .

every thing was perfect

i have left the place before three days and they refuse to refund me the three days but they offered me another three days later

Several things surprised me positively at Kavaki Studios. From the joy, attention, care and friendliness of the owner to the cleanliness, location and parking. The owner is always available with useful information.

There could be a place for a possible fresh water bath between check out and departure to the airport. But that was not a problem. It is just a suggestion.

It was my worst experience and I travelled a lot, I don’t like to do this but if I don’t do it, I’ll be responsible for all of you. the host was unpleasant to an unimaginable point, she called me and my friend liars claiming that we brought other people into the room without any proof when there are cameras, she was aggressive and although she is an elderly woman I think that respect is the minimum when you have a client and he chooses to spend a vacation with you, personally her lack of respect and her bad mood ruined our stay. I almost left the accommodation on arrival but having already paid my friend advised me against it today I regret having stayed I would have preferred to pay for other things and not ruin my stay, my message was long but for those who will have read it I recommend that you find an alternative to this accommodation, I do not know the reasons for this behavior but you could also be the target.
