Very clean and spacious, had all the things we needed, lovely cats walking around that are very nice! The hostess was amazing, made us feel right at home and was so welcoming and lovely, helped us out a lot and shared good tips! The location was only 15 min walk from downtown and near restaurants and busstops. Definitely will be returning here when we come back to Mykonos.

They were cleaning our rooms every day and we also got clean towels. Location is little bit uphill so i would recommend renting a quad. We had big room with small kitchen and terrace. Extra points for hotel cats.

The room was recently renovated, everything looks new, and the interiors feel like a luxurious hotel. The property owner is incredibly kind, she gave us everything we needed, including towels and an umbrella for the beach.

The owners were very friendly, warm and helpful. They provided assistance from our arrival, including information regarding the City (places to visit, restaurants, food stores, getting around), beaches, etc. Even though the rooms are of a smaller size, the apartment layout was very efficient, comfortable, and suited our needs. We enjoyed our stay in this spotless clean and beautifully decorated, modern with the character apartment. We would stay there again and strongly recommend Kavaki Studio. .

There could be a place for a possible fresh water bath between check out and departure to the airport. But that was not a problem. It is just a suggestion.

Several things surprised me positively at Kavaki Studios. From the joy, attention, care and friendliness of the owner to the cleanliness, location and parking. The owner is always available with useful information.

I liked the self-contained style of apartments available to guests. They were modern with all the needed facilities. The family that own and operate these studios are deeply passionate about what they do. simply my safety every summer. the real strong point is the management: Vaso and Katerina are special, extremely and always kind, helpful, smiling! super strategic location, close to the airport, chora and the provincial road to get to all the beaches. services around at your fingertips. large, modern and clean rooms. free wifi. typical Greek courtyard where each room has a small terrace or outdoor space where you can relax and hang your clothes out to dry. not to mention the value for money. extremely advantageous and a very rare opportunity for Mykonos!!!

The perfect stay in Mykonos. The hostess is amazing, she takes care of this lovely family business studio. It is super close to the airport. The bedrooms are very comfortable. Clean bathroom and great shower. Also surrounded by great local restaurants. No doubt the best place to stay is Mykonos.

This is NOT a problem with the property but a note for those who may struggle with walking. The location is a bit of a hike up from the old port but that's geography for you. It is NOT a criticism of the property. Given that there are no cars in the old city so few 'licensed' taxis on the island, you are always going to walk a bit from a night out but the second path (uneven rocks and dark sections) is steep and, after some drinks, a bit challenging! Take your time and stop to talk to the cats.

The owner is lovely. Very warm and even motherly! She has good recommendations for food, ATV/moped hire. She was happy to pick up the phone for me and get things organised. The restaurant around the corner is very informal but did takeout so enjoyed eating homemade moussaka on the table outside my studio. Fridge in room is full-sized and will freeze bottles of water which give you cold water on your days out. It is easy to walk to/from the airport BUT it is a route with some sections that are not baggage wheel-friendly. Some handy and walkable services range from restaurants (significantly cheaper than in the Old Port), a Dominos that opens late, various kiosks for cigs/drinks/snacks, a BEAUTIFUL bakery (next door to Flora supermarket - go in. It's not what you expect from outside), and pharmacists etc. ATM is located just at the end of the road.
