There were a lot of stairs which made it difficult at times.

It was private, staff were helpful and unobtrusive and the breakfasts were excellent. Polina who brought our breakfasts to the room as well as Alexia and Makis at reception, went out of their way to make our stay special. The view was spectacular and we loved the quietness of the hotel.

breakfast itself was the same every day and didn’t offer much variety. It would have been nice to have more options or even a buffet. Aside from that, everything else was excellent, and I would definitely stay here again!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, which made the stay very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. Their level of service and attention to detail really stood out. I truly appreciated how accommodating they were throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with exceptional service. I couldn’t fault a thing … it was incredible

The view from the room exceeded expectations. We had only been there for 2 hours and decided to extend our stay from 4 nights to 6 nights. The room was perfect, the food was great and location amazing with only a 5 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. An added nice touch is that they serve breakfast on your terrace as standard. Nothing was too much trouble. Every member of staff was so friendly and the Manager also took time to have a chat with you

Would be good to have some sunbeds in the sun or for every room to have the reclined pool chairs. Very expensive, but for us it was worth the price.

Apartment was private but with the benefits of a hotel (housekeeping, room service etc). The view was stunning and the apartment was lovely, comfortable and well thought out. The hotel was in the perfect position, quietly overlooking Mylopotas (which could be accessed by the lift in the sister hotel) where you could find restaurants, water activities and a market to restock your outdoor fridge! All of the staff were lovely, the breakfast was brilliant and the food we tried from room service was also delicious.

Our stay at Ios Grand Pool Suites was excellent. The room was spacious and offered a beautiful view. However the highlight of our visit was our dinner at the hotel’s “Tomatini” restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious and the atmosphere truly memorable. Highly recommended!

Our stay here was perfect! The room is updated, clean, comfortable, and has an amazing view. We had our own private pool and spent many lovely afternoons relaxing there. We started each morning with a delicious, included poolside breakfast overlooking the Infinity edge pool. It’s a short (less than 10 minutes) walk to the beach which involves 2 lifts. In addition to our private pool, we had access to 2 additional pools. There are several restaurants near the beach as well as a small market. A taxi to town costs 10€ each way. It’s supposed to be walkable, but we did not attempt it as the roads do not have much room for walking. The staff were very friendly. We would 100% stay at this hotel again.

The staff was incredibly friendly and the property couldn’t have been nicer! Ios has a reputation for being a “party island” but it ended up being the most relaxing & restful stop on our journey mainly because we didn’t want to leave our room! The patio & pool were huge, it felt like a villa more so than a hotel room. It was super close to the beach & the elevator made it extremely accessible. I miss waking up to the Aegean views and laying on the daybed, taking intermittent dips into the pool. It was a lovely time and everyone was very warm!

The gym is filthy. Dried sweat on machines and very hot. The AC unit seems to only run if someone uses it, so consequently you need to allow for time for room to cool down. Also, breakfast eggs were always cold by the time we received them. I gave up and just ordered them hard-boiled and ate yogurt.

We had a beautiful pool unit at the edge of the property that was very private, and we appreciated that the lounging bed was in the partial/shade most of the day. Breakfast was delivered to our room daily. Plenty of decent restaurants within walking distance--we ate at Salt several times. Small, well-equipped gym. There are lots of stairs on this property in spite of the fact there are some elevators. Not a problem for us, just something to be aware of. Staff was lovely and very helpful.

The breakfast in the morning was cold by the time it got it us. Could do with using something over it to keep it hot. Wish the wine glasses weren't black, hard to keep the wine cool.

The room was amazing. The pool was perfect and we had a beautiful view. It was very peaceful, exactly what we wanted. The room was constantly air-conditioned and was great to escape from the heat outside. It was beautifully laid out.

Nothing at all. The best two things about Ios grand suites are firstly their staff, they can not do enough to help you and make your stay as luxury and comfortable as possible. Secondly, the villas and their view. Absolutely spectacular. Will be repeat customers for years to come, we can’t wait to return again!

I almost don’t want to write this as I’d love to keep this beautiful property a hidden secret, we’ve travelled wide and far and this is by far the nicest, most comfortable and welcoming place we’ve ever stayed. Could not fault a single thing. They had a family of kittens who were absolutely adorable, can’t wait to see them all again next year!

Some little things like- - we received shower gel on day of arrival and never again - we didn’t receive water every day - didn’t always feel clean, on second last day our bathroom didn’t appear to have been cleaned at all. Counter was exactly as we left it.

Location, views, our own private pool, friendly and helpful staff especially front desk, shuttle service on arrival to and from hotel, the breakfast in our suite was a treat and lots to choose from. Also hotel breakfast buffet was great.

The shower head is amazing and the pressure is wonderful but after using the rainfall shower head for a 15min shower it flooded the entire Suite with the exception of the bathroom. It was relayed to us that this is a constant problem here so maybe a water barrier or maintenance on the shower pipes would help with that

This place is absolutely gorgeous and the room and view was an absolute dream. All of the staff were extremely kind and having breakfast delivered to your room is amazing! This is a new hotel so there are some small missing things that could be added like hooks out an outside folding clothes hangar since the Suites have pools and there wasn’t really a spot to hang bathing suits to dry other than the chairs.

It was not up to our cleanliness standards when we got in but after our first room service they did a good job in cleaning the room. Overall, the experience was good but we feel like the price for what you get is not well adjusted.

Very well located and great staff. They’re very helpful in whatever you need. Also their response time for anything you need is very fast. We had the 3 bedroom villa and it was quite spacious and the pool views were great.
