Everything was perfect. The owner was very helpful and nice. He gave us excellent tips. Room was super clean and neat. The building and its garden was so charming. If you dont want to stay over-crowded places like Oia or Fira, this town is a super choice. If I come here again, I will stay here again for sure!

Steps to hotel but that is the same everywhere on Santorini so cannot be helped.

This is a lovely small hotel. Still, it has a bar and restaurant. The quality of the food served is excellent. The owners Yiannis and Penni are really friendly and welcoming. They cannot do enough for you to ensure a great stay. Will definitely go back.

The only detail missing to perfection, was that the water was not replenished despite the information that it will be done daily. Not a real problem with shop nearby, but being sure that it will be done, and then being suprised with a need for a late night trip to the store stains this otherwise perfect stay.

Great localistation. Perfect alternative to crowded streets of Fira. Quiet, peacefull, and idyllic views. Really helpfull staff, always similing. Highly recommend.

This was a beautiful property right in the heart of Pyrgos. I spent 2 nights here during my 10 day trip of Santorini and they were the best nights sleep I had! I loved the beautiful courtyard and I spent hours chilling out there in the sun, reading and eating some of the beautiful food they offer. Location wise it’s perfect. Minutes walk to everything. Would absolutely stay here again

Might be nice to serve feta/tomato or anything other than bread for breakfast. Appreciated the boiled egg and oj though!

Super nice owners. Penny walked me to my shuttle and was there to answer any questions. Very affordable restaurant. Bed was huge and comfy, shower hot with good pressure. They give you free water that you can chill in the mini fridge. 2min walk to bus stop.

We couldn’t use the bathtub because we couldn’t close it. We asked in the reception but they didn’t have the lid. The hairdryer wasn’t warm, and the water wasnt as well (it was coldish). We woke up in the morning with the very loud church bells and with the high luminosity of the room.

The man responsible for the reception and restaurant was super nice. The room was interesting. It felt like it used to be an old house and got restored for the hotel. It felt cozy and rustic. The room was a nice size, with a proper space in between to the bathroom(pseudo living room) space. The bathroom was ok as well. Had an hairdryer, bathtub and tiny shampoo/soap. The restaurant was excellent. Def recommend. Nice portions with a reasonable price. The breakfast was ok. Had a slice of cake, a toast, coffee and milk, orange juice and small nutella/honey. We couldn’t choose anything and we couldn’t ask anything because the lady didnt speak english and even for the checkout was tricky to communicate. Thank god we had no issues but otherwise it would have been stressful. We only stayed for a night. Not sure if it would be so positive if we stayed for longer. The location was quite nice.

No flat iron, very bad and old hair dryer, breakfast had no variety, every day we woud get one boiled egg, one ham and cheese toast, and some more toast with jam and butter. Room was not cleaned, and towels were not changed. We stayed 4 nights. But we didn't mind all that, we are still very happy with our stay and would recommend!

Nice and cozy rooms with a cool backyard for your breakfast time. Perfect located in the middle of the heart of Santorini island and if you have a car is really accessible to many places. Friendly staff and delicious breakfast.
