This is not a criticism, but just information for visitors - this is a small family business, not a luxury hotel, it has a warm family feel, but not all the latest amenities. WiFi was weak in my room, but the location meant I was happy to work near the cafe where the WiFi was fine.

The owner, Christine, and all the staff were very friendly and helpful and incredibly hardworking. They cooked amazing food and the location was spectacular.

It is not the most modern facility, a light renovation is needed , but this by no means makes the stay less pleasant.

Very nice location, excellent heating (which is absolutely necessary given the cold temperatures in the area of Psarades), gentle staff. The family restaurant is absolutely fabulous.

Nice place in an atmospheric location, right at the end of the small village which itself lies at the end of Greece. Place to chill out and enjoy the landscapes. Good breakfast (included in the price) and also great food served in the taverna. The owner also offers boat tours to a stunning rock monastery near the Albanian border - really enjoyed it! Comfortable parking just below - in order to reach it don't enter the village but take the gravel road on the left leading to the lakeshore and the small port.

The Host was amazing, just super chilled and a genuinely nice person who prepared us a dinner when we arrived late (9pm) and made me hot cup of mountain tea for my flu. Food was amazing in her restaurant, fresh ingredients and so tasty. Definitely stay again if I come back

Breathtaking location, excellent home cooked breakfast. The staff was very polite. The kids enjoyed the place running all around. The adults we had a very relaxing night, enjoyed quite and nature.

Cozy and relaxing stay by the edge of Lake Prespa, nice views, friendly and polite owners. Dinner was amazing, nicely prepared and presented and breakfast a real must! There is also a store with fresh local products like beans and a tank with fresh local fish.

A very charming place to stay in a very untouched, natural part of the world. The hotel family owns the taverna with superb food overlooking the beautiful lakes. Fantastic place to be!

The accommodation is basic, but there is a fridge in each room. I have told Christina that the third bed in our triple wasn’t suitable for an adult - fine for a child and she says she will change. also need more lightbulbs as many don’t work.

Quiet location, we got what we expected! The landlady was about to close the restaurant when we arrived but still shemade dinner for us. Of course it was fish and if course it was excellent!!! All in all: It was a good choice.

The room was small for three, but I knew it from the previous comments and was enough for one night.

We like the small village, the lake, the view. The food was very good, the breakfast too. The host arranged for us very good boat trip to see the Hermitages and it was amazing.

It wasn’t clean, the furnitures were very old and especially bathroom has very bad furnitures. It was not comfortable since the room was very dirty.

Location is everything! - on the edge of Big Prespa Lake. The room was comfortable. Their restaurant is the best in the village. The tranquility watching the herons, cormorants, pelicans on the waters, and the cows roaming freely.
