There aren’t many places for evening walks around the hotel — right outside the gate, there’s a road that doesn’t seem to have a sidewalk (don’t worry, though — you can’t hear any traffic noise from inside the hotel).

The hotel is located in a stunning spot with a view over the entire caldera. The sunsets here are truly breathtaking. One of the advantages is that the hotel is situated outside the main tourist areas, so you don’t have to worry about crowds.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Goulielmos! The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with stunning views that take your breath away. It’s peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing, and just a 10-minute walk from a great variety of restaurants. The food at the hotel itself was also fantastic. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the incredible staff. Everyone was so kind, generous, and genuinely caring. A special thank you to the lovely Maria (she’s truly the best!), as well as Simon and Natalia - you all made us feel so welcome and looked after. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with amazing hospitality. Can’t wait to come back!

Probably a bit remote

Very clean and tidy, small room but suitable for what we needed, away from the hustle and bustle of tourists and a car maybe needed. All in all a lovely place.

Although the staff in the restaurant are great and the view is wonderful the food is a little pretentious and expensive.

Great location, peaceful, away from the madness that afflicts much of Santorini these days, easy access to both port and airport. Stylish and comfortable and the staff are excellent - welcoming, kind, efficient. Nice breakfast with a fabulous view. Stayed here many times on the way to and from other islands.

We had an extraordinary time at the hotel. The front desk staff were extremely nice and professional. The staff at breakfast were very nice. Breakfast was great with Lots of variety and fresh. The rooms were big and comfortable. The view from the rooms were incredible. We'll definitely come again.

We received a free upgrade to a suite, for which we were very grateful but the room was still very small and the ridge was very noisy so had to be turned off

Have stayed many times and tried various different rooms all of which are clean and comfortable. The sea view rooms have wonderful views. The restaurant is very good and above all the staff are welcoming and friendly and also efficient. Great value and very peaceful.

The shower was small and no door but that was about the only thing wrong but not a show stopper.

The staff and their attentiveness and hospitality was by far the best thing about staying there. The Edge restaurant was also incredible. Great food, excellent service and stunning sunsets.

We could sometimes hear some noise from some other rooms, but nothing too bad.

From the check in to the departure, the staff went beyond their way to make us feel welcome. They were extra nice to our kids. The location is excellent: you can walk to the very beautiful village, or to a wonderful beach. And the view on the sunset is amazing.

Absolutely amazing experience. The hotel is outstanding and most of the rooms have uninterrupted views of the sea. The decor and the ambience is relaxing and high end. The staffs are extremely helpful and friendly. Definitely a memorable experience and will come back to stay.

A little noise from what I imagine were staff area which was near my room.

The view from this hotel is to die for. The rooms are huge and very clean. A complimentary bottle of wine in the room was a nice touch. The girl on reception was exceptionally helpful. The breakfast had everything you could wish for. Possibly the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in….and at a reasonable cost. Dinner at The Edge restaurant was top quality.
