It was really hot when we visited and just wished the AC units were a bit stronger.

Beautiful property and super friendly hosts! The rooms were clean and spacious. Bus stop just a couple mins walk away. We booked 3 apartments and they were all wonderful! Would highly recommend.

Due to a misunderstanding it turned out to be that we booked for a different room and it wasn't neither us neither the owner's fault. However they upgraded and changed our room and it was much appreicated. These things can happen anytime, anywhere but what matters most is the attitude and problem solving. Thanks to Elenita for her upgrade. We had a great time here. Def will stay here the next time we visit Mykonos :))

We stayed here for a week and absolutely loved the location, great views, perfect terrace for breakfast or evening wine and very friendly and helpful owners of the place. We were exploring Mykonos on motorcycle and this location was great - two beaches on walking distance, Ornos around the corner and Mykonos town 15min away. Kitchen is more kitchenette-good for breakfast or easy snack. They even allowed us to check in earlier and to store luggage (and use shower) on the date of departure, since we had a late flight. We really enjoyed our stay here and we do recommend it!

The views The location is great there’s a bus out front every 30mins that is a 5-10 min drive to the town with all the food and drinks and bars .

It’s got an amazing view especially for sunset with full 180 degree views from the top of the mountain over the Mediterranean. The hosts are such kind lovely people with family owned villas .

A quiet breath of fresh air in between the blingy 5-star hotels. Lovely outside space with stunning views of the sacred island of Delos and magnificent sunsets. Clean and spotless. The kitchen is a bit basic but who cares when you have a sea view from your (large and comfy) bed? Maria is a treasure. Don't come here to party, but do if you want to find a little authenticity among all the Mykonos tat.

Elena, Yannis and Ms. Maria were so accommodating when we first arrived and throughout our 1 day stay until the end. After making a mistake while booking the room (totally my fault), our 3 hosts went above and beyond to make us as comfortable as possible. Beautiful breathtaking views at sunrise and sunset will give you everything that you were looking for when you come to Mykonos. Super convenient location to the bus stop makes it even more special. I would definitely book again!!!

The shower curtain is shorter than the shower space so if we use the curtain maximise we can only use half space. We washed some clothes and beach stuff and then wrung it out to dry during the stay so it would be great if the small electric portable spinner for clothes or washing machine was in the room. We asked for the clothes airer and they kindly brought it so it was good but I can't squeeze them very well by hand. As this is apartment so it would be perfect if the room had a portable spinner and clothes airer in the room.

Maria and Elena are very kind and helpful. They are really nice people. Great hospitality. We are in a triple room on the ground floor. The sea view room is very clean and very spacious for 3 people. Main bed is king bed which is really nice. The other one is a proper single bed so it's good as not a sofa bed. The room has a sea view terrace. We had breakfast there everyday. The location is great! You can see the sea from everywhere! There is a bus stop in front of the road (50m walk from the apartment) to Mykonos town (12-15 minutes) via Ornos (5 minutes) so very convenient. The ticket is EUR 2. The bus runs every half an hour. We also walked to Ornos (15 minutes walk to Ornos as down hill but 20 minutes walk on return as up hill ) There are supermarkets and nice bakery and restaurants and nice beach at Ornos. The nearest Agios Ioannis beach is 8-10 minutes walk which is nice. There is a mini supermarket by 8 minutes walk from the apartment. You can buy drinks and snacks and sun protect products etc but no foods for meal there so if you want to buy food, need to go to Ornos supermarket. There are mini kitchen in the room that is good. We cooked breakfast every day and had them at the sea view terrace. We are very happy to stay there and definitely want to come back if we go to Mykonos again!!

There was no brush to sweep the floor. When mentioned to the owners they provided one for us to use. It may not be needed as the studio was Cleaned twice during our 11 night stay. It was good to have though to sweep the terrace after the windy days and also keep the inside free of any beach sand.

The large studio with high ceiling, extra large bed, nice new shower with plenty of hot water, good air conditioning and outside terrace with beautiful sea view and easy free parking space.

How to say, Kitchen and bathroom was pretty funny. Kitchen super small under the stairs before the entrance of the toilet. The bathroom was definitely too small and water was going everywhere. The architect should change work immediately. Wifi not the best.

Nice room with a super view for the sunset. Room with good space, every day new clean towels. During most of our stay we used the bus, the bus station was 50 m from there, perfect. They have also many Parking around the big proprety, but it was definitely not clear where to park.

The location is a bit hard to find, the location on Google maps doesn't match the true entrance. I arrived at night and once I messaged the host I was there, someone came out to gives the keys and show me to my room. However, there are no small shops or places rp buy food or water really nearby, or at least not that I saw.

Good value location. Near a bus stop of the coach bus, which is useful. Inside the room the kitchenette was convenient and inside was a welcome water and juice.

I loved this place but it was very difficult to find the place at night and check. I arrived late (told the host) because my flight was delayed and I took the bus. No free airport shuttle, they can book one for extra money so I didn't. The main entrance is not the one shown on Google maps - that one points you at a door that looks like a private property, with no sign that says Fos Suites. Actual entrance is further down the hill and up a driveway, not visible from the road at all. It's dark and there's no lobby, no host around. A nice neighbor helped me knock on someone's door, who didn't speak English and put me on the speakerphone with someone who also didn't speak English. I referenced my booking multiple times and said I was trying to check in. Eventually the person brought me to a room, opened the door, and handed me a key. No check in/check out instructions anywhere. Other than that the only issue was that the shower was tiny and the curtain didn't go all the way around so water gets out when you take a shower. Also there are very few outlets so you should bring an extension cord.

The location is fantastic. It's on top of a hill facing the ocean and I think it's the best spot in agios ioannis. Very peaceful and quiet, and not in the center of party town thank goodness. But it's also really easy to get into town because the bus stop is right outside around the corner. I loved that my room had a nice balcony/deck to be able to sit outside and enjoy the weather or watch the sunset. Outside area had a garden and parking spot that was very spacious and open, with an unobstructed view of the ocean. The room was big and comfortable, with a kitchenette, air conditioning and dining table. I loved staying there. I went to a few other hotels in the area that my family were staying at for the wedding I went to attend, and I believe Fos was the most comfortable by far. I stayed for 5 days and it really felt like a home.

For the price we paid in october in Mykonos, the accomodation was beyond our expectations good. The apartment is quite large. The sea view is fantastic. The bus stop is right beside the gate. The host was nice. They cleaned the room everyday and changed towels
