The hotel is a 15-20 min walk to town, and in the heat was hard work.The shuttle would have been good if it ran in evenings too. The restaurante need more variety and childrens options. The bar needs more variety too.The hotel needs more quality entertainment during the day and at night.

Overall, the hotel has a relaxed vibe.We were in the older block. The 2 bedroom appt we had was dated but had fantastic air conditioning and spotlessly clean,two great balconies,the biggest but firmest beds, and very quiet at night. The staff could not do enough for you ,when the wifi didn't work they gave us a booster for the room which worked great.Shout out to Dennis and Maria. The free shuttle bus to the beach was a real bonus. You didn't need to rush to get a sunbed each day,always plenty . The restaurant was adequate but very repetitive and not always a choice for kids.The quality of the food was good and the staff were wonderful. The bar served basic drinks till 11pm , with no daily cocktails or kids' cocktails, which would have been nice.Bar staff were great.

There was no atmosphere in the restaurant in the evening. The lights were far too bright, bit like a waiting room. There was too much plastic being used for the drinks, reusable cups should be used.

Breakfast was good. The general quality of food was good, but not great. We loved the country location.

The all inclusive dining was suitable for adults more than children. I have one young child who is a fussy eater and apart from chips there were no options he would eat. I had expected some pizza, nuggets, fish fingers or even plain pasta but we only saw small squares of pizza with spicy toppings on one day of our 7 night stay. Generally the food was rice, potatoes and different Meats in sauces. The salad bar was the highlight for me with fresh salads with feta and tzatziki. I had even hoped there would be different breads, greek flat breads or pitta which my son would eat but there was only a ciabatta, or possibly soda bread type loaf available, the same everyday. The snacks served between meals were also limited and nothing my son would eat. It would have been great to have a pool bat serving sandwiches, crisps and fries etc in the day even if we paid extra for it as it is too far to pop out for a snack somewhere else. The hotel is 15 minutes walk before you start to hit the main restaurants and bars. This doesn't sound like alot but in the heat it was really hard work and we are a young, fit family. We found we needed to walk 25/30 mins before reaching the main area and the land train to Zante town was a 25 min walk. Our room was directly above the pool at the main hotel. We found the hotel incredibly noisy, you could never have an afternoon nap because of the pool noise then the evening noise would start and I was often woken until 3am by talking outside. Whilst this was a nice basic, clean and friendly hotel by the end of the trip we were happy to be leaving. I understand the need for plastic cups however the amount of single use plastic was a concern for me.

The hotel is nice and clean and our family accommodation was very spacious with two large bedrooms, both with a balcony and a small living area with fridge and bathroom. It was very basic but had everything we needed. Having the use of two pools was great, there was always a quieter pool and always sunlongers available. The pools were clean and beautiful. Pool bars at both pools had friendly staff serving drinks in plastic cups all day. Reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful The free shuttle bus to the beach and back was wonderful. Cleaning staff work really hard and were so friendly. Air con worked great Ice served with all drinks from bottles safe water

Not much. If I had to be picky I’d say the safe usage should be included in the room package. If we didn’t have a car then the door lace is a little far to walk to the beach in peak heat

Fantastic amenities, great renovated comfortable room, pool facilities and restaurant and bars. We had a fantastic 4 days there with the all inclusive package that included all meals (changed daily) snacks and basic alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Rooms and all amenities are super clean. Genuinely great hospitality experienced throughout our stay

The food is exceptional here, you won't be disappointed. If you want extra comfort and quiet, and airco all hours, take the premium renovated room, they got comfy beds and it's all nicely renovated. Peaceful location , yet a small walk to Tsilivi town. Bus stop opposite. Parking.. the swimming pool is well maintained and spotless.staff are friendly, there are one or two miserable ones but 98% are super friendly and willing to help :)

Although we knew it was a good walk to Beach seemed further than anticipated but lovely walk. Only criticism would be restaurant space when busy very difficult to navigate between tables with plates of food space very cramped.

Lovely small hotel exactly as expected. Staff all friendly and welcoming. Food choices were excellent . Communal areas clean , towels and bedding changed regularly.

The water was salted and we weren’t able to wash properly. You need to wash the salty water from the sea. I totally understand how water works on the island, but we were in different locations and the water was fine, not salted.

The staff was super friendly and willing to help, always smiling. The room was cleaned daily and also we got new towels everyday. The parking lot near the hotel was ideal. The food was delicious, everyday there was a different menu: a variation pf salads, cooked meals, pies, soups every evening etc.

There wasn't much variety in food, or much that was traditionally Greek - mostly roast meats & chips etc. or steamed veg such as sprouts, the salad bar was well stocked and fresh. However, we ate out for several meals or went for drinks in town. The beer was consistently flat and several times the replacement was just as flat. The coke was also not branded and tasted cheap. The air con in the room is not too powerful, eventually the room cools down but it takes a while.

The property was modern, pleasing to the eye and mostly comfortable. Staff were friendly & attentive at all times.

i was looking for a place with an AC and i think its understandable. in a vacation which i am most of the day under the sun in the swimming pool you want some fresh breaks in the cold room and ofcourse in the sweaty night which was really hot and humid weather. unfortunately the capacity of the ac is so poor that i didnt feel it at all, so, despite all the other good things i mentioned, and all the rest was really good, the ac was a dramatic issue for me and decreased my comfort. i was literlly sweating in the night and was thinking to go to sleep in the swimming pool. the staff really tried to help and i even was suggested to move room- but then i realized that it is the same situation in any room, it was not even a technical problem- the whole ac system must be changed! if the ac system will be changed i will definitely be back and recommand because the place is really good so please take it in serious consideration.

This was truly an horrendous experience and I can only recommend, in the strongest terms, to steer well clear of this hotel. Firstly, we were given the wrong room and were told we could have a different room the following day! Secondly, the air conditioning didn’t work, and although they sent someone to come and fix it, we’d been travelling since 2am and we were exhausted at 9pm, when the maintenance man came to have a look. Thirdly, there was a constant stink of drugs wafting into the room from one or more of the guest in a neighbouring room. We advised the hotel, but they did nothing about it. Fourthly, despite WiFi supposedly being available, the only place any of our phones got it was at reception, which is well away from the pool and our rooms Fifthly, the food was poor and the all inclusive drinks selection was worse. Finally - as if all the above wasn’t enough - the customer service or care was absolutely non-existent. In fact, having left the hotel the same day we arrived, and having been assured by reception that someone from the ‘booking department’ would call me the following day - because you can’t speak to a manager EVER!!!! - we had to call the hotel ourselves. And on the call I was shouted at and told bluntly that I should’ve spoken to the ‘booking department’ the day before, even though we were told there was no one around to speak to us! Of course, with such rude and incredibly poor customer service, it came as no surprise that they bluntly refused to give our money back. In fact, the ONLY apology we received was from Booking.com, who called to find out if I wanted to cancel the booking. Strange call, right? Turns out the hotel had called them to cancel the booking. Why? So I couldn’t leave this review on there!!!!! Sly, sneaky and incredible! 4 stars!!! I’ve stayed at better 2 star hotels. There’s loads of great hotels in Zante, even in this area. So do yourself a favour and book 1 of them!!!

- The All Inclusive is a bit of a let down. The food is really hit and miss and quite a lot of days/nights we saw grown adults just eating bread and chips. One of the two bars also closes at random times so then - if you're on the other side, like us - you are a considerable walk to get a drink (including water) - The only water you can get on the All Inclusive is plastic cups from a fountain - Some staff were a little grumpy (mainly bar) - Entertainment some nights but not others. On the nights there were none, you got groups of older kids making their own entertainment by being quite loud and rowdy - The biggest issue with the hotel for us was that it sits on a main road (into Tsilivi). This didn't affect us too much in terms of noise as our room was the other side of the pool, but you do have to step onto the road in order to cross over to Reception / the restaurant. We saw a few kids/families step out/cross into the road as cars were steaming around the sharp bend - really precarious!

- Lots of the staff were really friendly and helpful. These included the cleaners and waiting staff in the restaurant. - The hotel is relatively small and quiet and is only about a 10mins walk from Tsilivi city centre - The pools were great and again relatively quiet to get a good spot to set up a base camp for the day - The rooms are enormous and really impressed with the size of these (and the beds). The bathrooms are also fully tiled. - Facilities in room also good (e.g. air con, fridge and lots of space to keep things) - Room cleaned every day and all towels replaced

I didnt like that the beach was 2.5 km away from the hotel but during reservation it was mentioned that it was only 650 meters. Big difference so false information. The hotel could not provide cold coffe beverages i had to go out and find by myself. My wife is pregnant and i politelly asked to bring some plates to eat in the room but the stuff repplied is forbidden. Also during my stay i did not have internet connection at all. The hotel stuff they changed us room but the problem never sold. They clearly adverstise free wife but 2 days i could not connect to do my daily job. The problem never solved offcourse. They advise me to wait one day. The problem remain. Also the water from the shower was salty. I have no idea if they use seawater or what kind of water but i have not me and my wife and my little kid make any shower for 2 days. Thats embarassing. What else to mention. For sure my most unpleasant stay in my life. For what they offer the price also is rediculously expensive.
