Doukas is perfectly located in center of Fira, walkable distance to all main locations. There are multiple restaurants & shops in walking distance. Thanks to our wonderful host Andrea. She suggested our sight seeing locations, arranged tours & also arranged transportation tailored to our needs. The room was spacious and comfortable.

I couldn’t recommend this suite or this host more. Andrea went above and beyond to make our trip comfortable and special. She was informative of the island, went out of her way to help us with luggage and accommodations. The suite is so beautiful and unique to stay in. Our kids said this was their favorite place to stay and wished we could live there! Haha!

The location was lovely. It's right in the heart of Fira, Santorini. Our hostess, Andrea, was extremely welcoming and friendly. She made sure we were comfortable and taken care of. Transportation was offered and arranged. Andrea also gave us a lot of recommendations and knew a lot about the island. Breakfast was also amazing.

We had to keep the dehumidifier working all night, it was a bit noisy.

The host is one of the most helpful hosts we've ever met. She gave us a lot of solid suggestions which made our journey unforgettable. The breakfast is excellent, especially the Greek yoghurt. I strongly recommend it!

The breakfast is really nice, and Andrea prepared the food on the balcony for letting us see the better view. She was very considerate and prepared some introductions to the attractions on Santorini.One thing is we don't know why the hot water was not hot enough for shower at night, but it was hot in the morning.

We love the traditional cave villa it has all the amenities for a great get away. Andrea was more than just a host. She provide us with great information, tour packages, places to eat, people to help and things best to see. The inside pool is so cool and very private but not that warm though. But we were there during the winter. 😁 Overall it was a wonderful vacation we will always remember. Santorini is a must see ❤️

pool was so cold than i thought. couldn't stay in the water long.

beautiful Santorini style cave house with a small pool. nice view and kind hospitality. we couldn't have many choices to do in Santorini cause it was Christmas season, but they suggested opening nice restaurants and helped us to get private driver to look around. it was a wonderful time to stay there for our anniversary. Definitely hope to visit again.

Andrea, the host, was informative and a joy to speak with. We rented both suites for our family of 5. The location was excellent and we took a private tour of the island with Nikolas. It was amazing.

Everything was fabulous, nothing to dislike.

Location was very convenient, close to the shops, but also private. The caldera views were spectacular. Cave rooms were a unique experience. Breakfast on the private terrace with the view was unforgettable. Andrea, our host, was very helpful and went out of her way to make sure our stay was a great one!

My stay at Doukas Caldera suites was fantastic and far exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect, offering breathtaking views of the stunning Santorini beach. The design of the property is impressive blending the charm of a modern, contemporary cave with every comfort you could need. The accommodation was impeccably clean, with daily housekeeping that included changing the towels every day. Coffee, jam, honey, and butter were replenished daily, along with a beautifully arranged breakfast prepared by Andrea every morning. Andrea, the host, was incredibly friendly, kind, and honest. She ensured our trip was seamless by arranging affordable airport transfers and providing someone to assist with our luggage upon arrival. Additionally, she helped us secure a rental car at a great price, allowing us to explore the island and was always ready to answer our questions, providing detailed explanations about the island and its tourist attractions. As we were about to leave, she gave us a thoughtful souvenir, making our experience even more memorable, I couldn’t be happier with my choice.

If you are looking for an exceptional Santorini experience, stay at Andrea's apartment. It's in the heart of Thira, but still you get the feeling of privacy. It is such kind of apartment, you don't want to leave. We loved everything: from beautiful table ware, comfortable bed, private pool and terrace to hearty breakfasts. I think, that Andrea's attantion to detail and her care for guests make this place unique. Thank you again, Andrea! If we ever come back to Santorini, I will not hesitate to book this apartment again.

Awesome location right on the caldera and just a few steps away from the start of the pedestrian walking street in Fira. Awesome service and reception from the host who provided us with so many good recommendations, and helped to facilitate and arrange transportation. Lovely breakfast served to the room each morning. Room was very comfortable and so cool to be set within a cave, with a nice private terrace to enjoy the view. We also enjoyed the private jacuzzi/pool within the suite. Would love to be back again.

There is nothing about this place we didn’t like.

Immaculate property ….. was cozy, cute and comfortable. The location itself is an added bonus in the heart of all restaurants and shops. To top it all off, the host was beyond amazing. She went above and beyond to make the stay comfortable and is extremely thoughtful. She set up breakfast on the terrace , and also arranged a to go box packed with sandwiches, fruits croissants, juice box etc. as we were leaving early on day 2. She was extremely helpful in providing an itinerary of things to do as we were limited on timing. She made sure to arrange transportation to the port which I highly recommend. She paid attention to details ensuring we got everything we needed to make the stay comfortable. We travel a lot and I’m extremely picky and this place checked off all boxes. If I ever go back to Santorini, I would stay here again: I would give this property 100 if I could.

It is a beautiful place in a great location. The host is super friendly, helpful and just wonderful. She brought us breakfast every morning and it was delicious and there was plenty of it. We will definitely be back to stay here.
