Loved the jacuzzi! There were other amenities offered and it would be replaced with a new one every time housekeeping showed up. The host George was so welcoming and greeted us as well as said goodbyes when we checked out. Will definitely book here again if my family and I were to visit Santorini. Overall this made our trip memorable.

Beautiful room and exterior. The hotel is close to the city centre. The host is very welcoming and friendly. We loved our staying in this hotel. Really recommend if you stay in Fira.

This is the most special place we ever stayed at. Very high quality. Georges was incredibly kind and helpful. He let us check-in much earlier than expected, offered us champagne and gifts for the kids when we left. The suite was spacious, amazingly designed, facilities were perfect, bed were very comfortable and the jacuzzi was great. I strongly recommend this place if you want a memorable experience in Santorini.

Beautiful facilities, amazing service. Made us feel so welcomed and comfortable. Super helpful and resourceful with activities to do and places to visit including restaurants and cafes.

The location was fantastic, so close to main town, but private enough that it was so quiet and peaceful at the suite. The suite itself was absolutely beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures. It was spotless and clean, with all the facilities working perfectly. Super comfortable and gorgeous design, with champagne on arrival!!!

Beautiful accomodation, great outside area with spa. Short walk up hill to Main Street of restaurants. George was an absolute delight! Shared so much information and insights, great tips about the island and really went out of his way to make sure we had a wonderful time and made the most of it. Amazing host and location, would absolutely recommend!

Stayed here in July 2025 and rooms where great. About a 10 minute to the center. As with many islands a couple of uphills to navigate. George was very helpful throughout the stay, organising transfers, meeting us as we checked in, providing us great recommendations and also booking a sunset tour.

It is a very unique suite, the style and decoration of the room of is amazing. We were surprised with all the details of the project and loved the private jacuzzi.

Everything! The suite exceeded our high expectations. Being a group of 3 (mum and 2 adult daughters) we appreciated the extra bathroom and all the attention to detail. George, our host was brilliant going above and beyond to accommodate us and ensure an unbelievable stay

Women should take caution when walking around this neighbourhood at night (at no fault of the hotels) but otherwise a great place to stay

Loved everything about the property

We had an absolutely incredible stay at Deep Cave Suites. From the moment we arrived, George made us feel genuinely welcome - he even surprised us with birthday balloons and a bottle of Prosecco, which was such a thoughtful touch. The suite itself was immaculate - beautifully presented, spotlessly clean, and stylishly modern while still keeping that traditional Santorini charm. George really went above and beyond throughout our stay. He helped us with everything from local recommendations and breakfast spots to sorting out a hire car, making the whole experience seamless and relaxed. The location is ideal too - peaceful, yet just a short walk to everything Fira has to offer. We couldn’t have asked for a better host or a more comfortable and luxurious place to stay. Would absolutely recommend Deep Cave Suites to anyone visiting Santorini. We’ll definitely be back!

The host, George was so helpful for the duration of our stay. It was the most clean place I have ever stayed in! It was made super super special!

Me and my partner get quite hot at night and the aircon was not very cold, but the overall experience made that not matter!

Location was perfect, just far enough away from the town to relax, but close enough to pop to the shops and restaurants ;-). George provided us with invaluable recommendations from boat trips to restaurants, and even decorated the suite for my birthday. We can not recommend him highly enough.

Such a beautiful cave suite . My girlfriend was delighted with it. Good location few minutes walk from all the main area . Host George was amazing. Helped us with everything from transfers, booking trips , reccomendations and overall was the cherry on top for our holiday. Thank you George ! We will return
