Fantastic location, we could have spent a week just sitting at the balcony overlooking the caldera. Host was very helpful, picked us up from the airport and helped us with the bags through the steep steps, would have been very difficult without his help. Also allowed us a late checkout, much appreciated.

Very Minor point - the best view of the sunset, you need to get out of the house and wake about 20 meters to get to the bend on top of the hill, took us 1 day to figure it out but was perfect after that.

The accommodation is very centrally located in Oia with a view of the famous sunset, it’s on a quieter street away from the main tourist crowds. There are quite a few stairs to the accommodation, which is good to know in advance. We stayed for three nights, and the apartment felt spacious. We loved having breakfast on the terrace in the morning upon waking up — the view was simply stunning.

Stunning! This little place was so sweet and perfect for what we needed. And the location was perfect. It gets crowded for sunset but the house is just outside of the view so no one crowds it! Close to the public pool, food, and shopping!

The location is excellent. We could not find a better sunset view, then our private terrace. Very close, but not on the main street, so there are no people walking by. Cleaning was very good! It's not a room, it is an apartment. There are only two apartments in the property, which makes the place very reserved. There was a kitchen, to prepare small meals.

No personal contact. Everything was online. We checked in the wrong room. Not the best way, but you get used to it. Internet doesn't work in the room, only in the living room. The shower could have a handle, so you could shower with both hands. There were many kitchen utilities, but no microwave.

Property was right in the heart of OIA with sunset views literally 5 steps out the door.

Access to the property can be challenging because of the stairs. This is common for many properties in Oia.

Location was central and the property is charming, carve style, with lots of patio space to sit and soak in views of the blue bay. Watched sunset from our balcony. Near one of the famous blue domes, can get up early and uninterrupted shots of the caldera.

The small kitchen and bathroom - would be difficult for big people.

Super pretty cave house literally in the middle of Oia. It is super close to the oia blue dome, oia post office & the fort where people stand for the sunset. The casa was super clean & neat. Prettier than the photos that the host has shared on booking.com - washroom is a little small but this is how it is in budget friendly oia caves. There’s a really nice restaurant just 10 steps away from the house. Best caldera view from the balcony of the house. Youll probably not be able to watch the sunset from the house balcony but you just have to take 10 steps out of the house for THE PERFECT OIA SUNSET. Katerina, the host is sooo sweet & helpful. Literally super nice stay. Not related to the property but bus routes in Santorini are also great! So you can avoid expensive taxis and just understand the bus routes :)

there is no mobile network inside the cave but Katerina has high speed internet inside the house so no issues at all!

The property is located in the heart of Oia with steps away from the old castle, windmills, a path/stairs leading to the marina and the Oia’s town center. The apartment is super cute and was perfect for a family of three. It had a beautiful veranda with table and four chairs overlooking the Mediterranean sea and part of caldera. We had our breakfast there every morning and it was so peaceful and beautiful. The beds were very comfortable (even though the mattresses felt a bit hard). The kitchen was equipped with teakettle, fridge and expresso machine and two burner hot plate. The owner was very helpful and responded to all of my questions. He also helped us arrange porters and taxi when we were leaving Santorini. Overall it was an amazing experience and if we ever come back to Santorini in the future I would not want to stay anywhere else.

It would have been great to have a towel bar in the bathroom. Also if you like to brew your coffee, you will need to bring/buy your own coffee pods.

We were keen to stay in Oia in a cave house. The location of this property was excellent & the view sublime. The house was well equipped & the owner very responsive.
