Amazing view with jacuzzi watching beautiful sunrise & sunset over the Caldera. Bed was very comfortable. Delicious breakfast each morning loved the greek yogurt & fresh fruit.

Lights in bathroom could be brighter. Couple of tiles on shower on floor broken right where u stand under shower head.

Location in the centre of Fira, stunning caldera sunset view, rich breakfast and comfortable bed. The jacuzzi area was perfect to take the sun or relax with the caldera view Communication via WhatsApp always perfect Very appreciated the free upgrade of our reservation

Being close to the most popular clubs, during night it may be a bit noisy. Moreover, for people who like sleeping in complete darkness it is not perfect since some light is coming through the window (apartment 3)

really enjoyed my stay here. What I liked the most was the spectacular view, the perfect location, and the cleanness of the place. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to the deluxe suite, which I found super sweet and thoughtful. The breakfast was tasty, although nothing particularly special. Overall, a wonderful experience!

Unfortunately, I had to lower my overall rating due to an unacceptable situation with the pre-booked takeaway breakfast. For a hotel of this standard and price, receiving just an apple and a cheap mini croissant was very disappointing and frankly quite embarrassing. This really did not match the otherwise positive experience we had during our stay.

Our stay at On the Cliff Suites in Santorini was absolutely magical. The breathtaking Caldera view and our perfect room felt like a dream. Simona welcomed us with a beautiful smile, and in that moment we knew we had chosen the right hotel. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Fira.

The room was great and so were the views. Staff were super friendly. Room service food was delicious.

Very steep stairs going up and down so be aware. We have big luggage and had to pay for a man to carry them up and down when arriving and leaving. We felt like we had no privacy as for our spa tub as there are 5 rooms. We got room 5 sadly which was the smallest tub and most exposed. So kind of wrecked the $2000aud price for 3 days there!!!

The location was perfect and the views were stunning! Sarina was so kind and helpful in organising airport and port transfers for us (the porters will carry your luggage between the taxi and accom) Sarina also organised our booking on a sunset catamaran cruise which is a must do! The rooms had everything we needed and were very clean. Make sure you set aside a night to watch the sunset from the spa! The restaurant upstairs has breakfast and offered to bring dinner to our room as well. Super convenient! Would definitely stay again.

Location and very good service. Simona was exceptional and very attentive.

The pool was way too hot and it was very hot days. Couldn’t use the pool 2 out of the 3days. Floor Shower tiles were missing

The location is absolutely perfect — it honestly couldn’t be better. Everything is close by, and the view from the room is just stunning. The cleanliness was excellent, and our host, Simona, was wonderful. She was really helpful, kind, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. I really don’t understand why some people complain about the stairs. There are only about 10 steps, which is absolutely nothing to worry about.

As for the negatives: if you’re sensitive to noise, please note that the soundproof isn’t good at all, and you can hear music from the nearby club, which is located just behind the hotel.

Location, staff, food and drinks were amazing. And of course the view. The host was very kind to organise us a free glass of bubbly for my partners birthday. Overall a wonderful stay without any issues

Amazing property with sensational views, right in the middle of everything. Simona and team couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Everything was amazing on this property from the moment we arrived someone came to help carrying the bags, Simona with her warm greetings, giving the room for early check in at no charge, providing information about everything on the island ! Everything was amazing ! The room it felt like a suite with the hot tub outside, the view from the room and the balcony, the location itself which is a walking distance to everything on the island.

Simona, the manager, was nothing short of phenomenal! She went well out of her way to make sure we were taken care of even if she was gone for the day or we were gone before she got to work in the morning, and she set up a catamaran tour for us. The views and location were absolutely perfect - a little off the main streets, but so close to everything. The rooms and bathrooms are a very generous size and very clean. Reasonably priced for the area compared to other places I looked into. There are only 8 rooms, I think, so they are able to provide great attention to their guests. The included breakfast was fantastic! It came on a platter for 2 and included meat, cheese, eggs, salad, fruit, and yogurt. The perfect way to start your day!

There are no real complaints here! If I had to be picky, some of the jacuzzi tile grout could be touched up/replaced/updated, but everything was great! As I noted in my Google review, be careful with water on the floor. My husband almost killed me because he left his bathing suit hanging from a hook in the bathroom. The water puddled on the floor and I was wearing the provided slippers and almost landed on my behind! Use the drying rack just outside your door.

Rooms needed to be renovated. Time took its tole and things were breaking down especially in the bathroom. Missing tiles on the shower floor and dirty grout freaked the wife out.

The location was perfect! The views were amazing! The breakfast was delicious & the staff was so accommodating. We had the biggest room they had which slept 6 comfortably. The rooms were cleaned daily. They even prepared breakfast boxes for us to take on our early flight back. The personal jacuzzis were a bonus too!

The hotel is perfectly nested on the cliff with convenience within door step to restaurants and shops. I am amazed about the entrance of the hotel - a little door leading to sea view, a few steps downstairs to hotel room. The room is spacious with separate sleeping and living areas. Two bath rooms are nice for family. Private jacuzzi is the best place to watch sunset of Fira. Hotel staff is friendly. Simona helped us with transport and everything.

Gorgeous views, clean, & spacious accommodations for the three of us. The restaurant had wonderful food, including options for my gluten-free allergy. We were delighted with the friendliness and charismatic staff. Simona. the manager went above and beyond to make our stay amazing.

There wasn’t one thing to change except wish we could have stayed for a week.
