Second time at the Bitzaro, same fantastic experienxnce !! The people working there are so friendly, they do everything to make your vacation better !! The rooms are clean, the food is good, the all-in has enough choices... If you want to have a good hotel experience at Zakynthos, don't hesitate and go there !! Good job !! PortugalThe room with privet pool could be more privet. My daughter was hungry at 10:20pm and was told the kitchen closed at 21:30 she couldn’t have nothing to eat .
Everything was amazing beautiful hotel ! I loved my room! it’s more impressive in person then on the fotos very spacious! Although i don’t drink much a big thank you to Stella at the pool bar and Sergio at the bar very professional and friendly to my daughter and I .

United KingdomI wouldn’t recommend for families for kids older than toddlers as it’s not really catered to children. We would’ve also like access to Netflix on the TV to watch movies after dinner since there’s not alway entertainment on but this is the only thing I would changed. We brought a fire stick but the back of the TV wasn’t accessible. This is so minor though I’ll just remember to bring an iPad next time. I cannot thank the hotel staff enough for our amazing stay!
Wow what can I say… this hotel was nothing short of amazing. We had a perfect stay. The hotel is so clam and peaceful which is exactly what we needed. Everything is spotless and the staff are unreal. We liked that there was only some entertainment, it was amazing to just switch off and not be overstimulated.

United KingdomThe hotel only had entertainment on three times and they were all singers would have been nice to see dancers or a show didn’t really bother us as we bought wine from local supermarket and played darts and had a drink on the balcony. The drinks menu wasn’t available only cocktail list so I wasn’t show what drinks they had. The room we had on last day to have shower could have had a hairdryer in the room. There was only one toilet next to stairs on pool side for the evenings and restaurants.
4min drive from airport short walk to shops and the beach. The whole hotel was very clean and the À la cart was amazing. The swimming pool area was very clean and the pools were lovely. Staff are all very nice and helpful. Live the pool side room 332 we had amazing views. The food was lovely with different choices and the desserts were yummy. The planes are close but didn't bother us and they don’t have late flights due to the turtles nesting.

Everything! Staff, room (OMG, it was the most comfortable bed and pillows from all our trips), food, location, service. We arrived late (after dinner) and were surprised with the hot dinner in the room. We went for a quiet holiday and we got exactly what we wanted. Will definitely come back here again.

A staff member working in the restaurant told my partner she could NOT eat at the outdoor dining area without a shirt, because she had a bikini plus a coverup around the waist, hips etc. . This was embarrassing for her and confusing for me since we were on an island and seated outdoors near the pool.
