The room had quite a lot of facilities but it was rather small and it was difficult to move around with suitcases open. Some clothespins were missing and it was difficult to hang wet clothes on the balcony.

The hospitality and the way the landlord treated us was awesome. He helped us with our luggage. The location was good, not far from the boulevard but also quiet at night.

Great property, walking distance to restaurants, shops and a few beaches. Very clean and turn down service daily. We had a room with a balcony and you could see the sea. The property is on a quiet street. The owner is very helpful and will share tips to make your stay enjoyable.

The owner wants his visitors to enjoy their stay. Regarding the neighboring beaches or  historical sites, he can offer you guidance. The room is cozy and little. Cleaning every day. It is situated  close to Pythagorean's main street.

We had a lovely one-night stay at Belvedere. The room was clean and the beds were big and comfortable. The location is great, peaceful yet close to everything, with public parking not far away. The owner is friendly and helpful, he truly stood out. He is incredibly kind, genuine, and welcoming. You can tell he really cares about his guests. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We only stayed here for one night, but we can't wait to come back. Manolis is incredibly warm and welcoming. He made us feel right at home. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. We were able to park our rental car on the street where the hotel is located. It's a very pleasant location, within walking distance of everything.

I was very pleased with the hotel. Its central location made my trip easier. I love small, intimate hotels, and this one brought the same feeling to my mind. The hotel was very clean, and I think they excel at that. Everything we used in our room was spotless. The common areas of the hotel were also very clean and spacious. The view from our room was my favorite part. Sitting on the balcony enjoying the view was a delight for me. The hotel owner, Manolis, was very warm and helpful. From the moment we arrived, he provided every support to ensure our trip was a pleasant one. He learned our itinerary and shared his own ideas with us, providing guidance. It was extremely kind of him to help us park our rental car in front of the hotel so we could park it safely. I'm writing a detailed review here because it deserves a long review. I will choose this hotel again, especially for a late-season getaway. Thank you again for this excellent service. Best regards, Manolis.

Belvedere is the perfect base from which to explore Pythagoreion. It’s tucked away, but within minutes you have access to the shops and beach. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Manolis, the owner/manager, is friendly and was so helpful with any queries I had. Efharisto poli!

The views are amazing, the beds are very comfortable, and the room was spotlessly clean. The manager is very friendly and made us feel right at home. The location is perfect — just a short and easy walk to all the main attractions in town.

Was a bit more basic than I would usually like , that said , I slept really well and the owner was great .

No frills hotel, basic but clean. Fridge in the room was great . Lovely view . It was perfect for a one night stop over . The owner was fantastic gave us great information and organised a car for us on Icaria. Made such a difference to us .

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a lovely experience. The owner was incredibly sweet and helpful — I really appreciated his warm and welcoming communication. While the hotel is a bit old, it was very clean and well-maintained. The location is also fantastic, close to everything. Overall, a very pleasant stay!
