The Hotel was lovely, clean with absolutely gorgeous views of the Caldera... The Deluxe spa suite room with outdoor hot tub looking over the Caldera was great & weather was perfect...can be bit windy sometimes but that disappeared quite quickly. Alessandra was a beautiful host & lovely person as was Maria & other staff... I thoroughly enjoyed my time here & would enjoy staying again when i return to Santorini... Thanks so much Alessandra!! 😊😘

The hotel has an amazing view. The receptionist is top class and offers prime service. We were very happy with the wine we got from staying here, so we bought 2 to take home. For people coming to explore Akrotiri and the sourtheren area of Santorini, this hotel gives a lot of value for the price.

The bathroom could need a serious clean up. Far away from Oia.

Fantastic location, great room and wonderful team looking after us. The pool is lovely. Nothing was too much trouble. Easy walk into Akrotiri for dinner.

We had a premier suite and we're quite disappointed with the outdated tacky decor, furnishings, small bed, plastic chairs,furnishings and uncomfortable couch. The sun bed was on a small patio and had no tilt up position so you could only lay flat. Jacuzzi had cold water and was in the shade and couldn't be used until 11am. The accommodations need an updating. Road noise was loud from 8am till after midnight. Gardens were unkempt with most plants dead or dying, even the cacti. Really not sure how they got so many good reviews.

The location was outstanding. We loved the views from our room. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were perfect. The breakfast brought to the room was a nice touch and just perfect. Pavos was all over everything and such a nice guy too

Can't think of anything to be honest other than the restaurants in Akrotiri should have been promoted better as we really didn't know they were there unless we looked for ourselves

The location is perfect. We had a room upstairs and the view was breathtaking! It's very close to the center of the village and there are many locations to go eat. And also, it's very close to a supermarket. But the biggest plus of this location is the stuff! They were so sweet, nice and did their best so we have everything we need. I would return here with every chance.

Being on the cliff, it can be very windy. But i think it's worth the view! The breakfast has many options (eggs, cereals, pastry), but on the last days i was missing some vegetables. :)) I would've loved some salad.

The staff were fantastic. Eleni was exceptional. The perfect person to work with customers.

The position of the structure is fantastic, directly in front of the caldera, with a great view. There is a pool and you can enjoy breakfast while watching the sea. Personnel was very nice and available to satisfy our requests

The bathroom is quite narrow, especially in the shower you can't move very easily

The wind!!! Because of the location of the hotel, the wind was terrible. We couldn’t enjoyed the pool.

The staff went above and beyond to make this stay wonderful. It was very peaceful and relaxing, which is what I needed for this part of the trip. The breakfast delivered to my room every morning was a highlight. The beach below the hotel is a beautiful black sand beach, and I spent multiple nights watching the beautiful sunset from there.

The view from the pool was amazing, however, the view listed in the book for the upgraded room was nonexistent.

Firstly the hotel does not list that it has non-potable water, in which you are not supposed to brush your teeth or shower with. The overall booking.com listing was misrepresented as the hot tub was a cold pool that was dirty and unclean. Additionally, the entire place was in desperate need of a new coat of paint, and the private suite in which we booked was nothing of the sort with guests and hotel staff walking in front of the hot tub, patio, and suite windows. The listing said that we would have volcanic views from our patio, however, it did not state that we would have to be in the very corner of the patio to see the right-hand side shore of the very large volcano island, this is what we specifically paid for and were misled once again. The room had one of the pool stairwells to the lower pool right in front of our windows, which led to zero privacy. I paid to upgrade the room off of the booking to what was thought to be a better room, after asking about this the next day they did offer us to move to a smaller but more private room, however, the medical issue of non-potable water still stood. We left after a 1-night stay and moved to a hotel that had clean water in both the sinks and shower. If a hotel does not provide basic necessities then this should be listed upfront on the booking page. The consistent misrepresentation of the hotel's amenities which customers are up charged for based on room type is unacceptable.

The host was the best we had in our visits to the islands of Greece.

The water tasted salty and you couldn’t drink it.
